The pre-paid shipping label made things very easy and convenient. It was sent to my e-mail address without hesitation and very quickly. Bidet T-Valve for Skirted Toilets

We've had the Alpha JX2 for a few weeks now. Searched forever for a bidet that would fit our 1 piece French curve Glacier Bay toilet. This one does, and so far, we are very happy with it. It does the job a bidet is intended to do and does it well. Excellent water pressure. Water and seat are nicely heated. Installed easily in a few minutes with no leaks. Only minor suggestion for future improvement would be a dimmable (or color changeable) nite light.

Excellent product

The bidet was recommended by my OBGyn as a part of avoiding UTIs. It was a new experience for me and I am quite impressed with the results. Starting with the warm seat, it does its job well and is easy to use and clean. Why did I not know about this years ago?

I purchased the Toto s7a after a trip to Japan. Bidets are everywhere there! We are very happy with all of the features including automatic lid opening, seat warmer, water heater, dryer, etc.. Delivery was quick. The bidet was easy to install.

Easy to install and comfortable

Bought two of these, one for an oceanfront rental condo and one for my main house. Toto died after 7 yrs so I’m not doing that anymore. Toto died after 9 yrs in the main home as well.

Having never used a bidet before, I was not sure what to expect. I have nerve damage in my arms and hands and it was increasingly harder to use toilet paper. This bidet has been a godsend, I now feel clean when I use the bathroom. It was an easy install even with the limited use of my hands.

This unit was super easy to install and included everything I needed, looks great, and works perfectly. The remote gives you everything you need. The lighting is nice and the heating controls provided what we need as a family. I will say, in terms of hardware, the t-valve is a simple t-valve. I have hard water in my home, so simpler is better -- some other brands/units have a special shut off there which tends to gunk up with hard water over time. The simple t-valve is a better option for us and I was relieved when I opened the package and saw it. We have 3 toilets with 3 bidets. We have the Alpha JX on two of them and it's our preferred model.
