The Bio Bidet A8 Serenity bidet seat brings with it a sleek beautiful design with comfort and luxury in mind. The A8 lid features a uni-body design that is meant to blend better with contemporary bathrooms. Its power cord comes out from the center rear of the unit. The Bio Bidet A8 bidet toilet seat is designed this way so that the cord can be concealed neatly in either direction. The water supply hose (on the left when facing the toilet) is also much thinner than most other bidet seats so that it can be tucked away neatly behind the toilet. Messy dangling cords are now a thing of the past.
The Bio Bidet A8 bidet seat features the ability to set two user preset profiles. No more having to manually readjust settings after a person washes before you. The A8 Serenity is capable of remembering the settings of two seperate users and fulfilling their unique wash experience. The remote control itself is dual sided with a nice slim design. One side features basic operations with the two user preset profiles--perfect for the elderly or users who want simple design. The other side has the full set of adjustments for fine tuning all of the Bio Bidet A8's functions.
Fully Stainless Steel Nozzle
The A8 Serenity features a single stainless steel nozzle with different sections for the various cleansing functions. Its pure stainless steel casing is extra durable and effortless to clean. The Bio Bidet A8's self cleaning nozzle is also unique with its Slim Nozzle Sleeve that pushes out debris each time the nozzle moves in and out.
The Bio Bidet A8 bidet toilet seat sports an LED nightlight which allows users to use the bathroom at night without having to turn on the bathroom lights--a convenient feature so your eyes won't need to readjust in dark hallways.
The new Bio Bidet A8 Serenity brings the same great quality that Bio Bidet's luxury seats have always presented: strong spray pressure, a durable stainless steel nozzle, unlimited warm water (hybrid heating), adjustable spray pressure, adjustable nozzle position, warm air dryer, and so much more. The new uni-body lid design and contoured seat not only bring a contemporary look, but also great comfort and durability.

Fitment and Installation Guides
Want to know if your toilet is compatible with bidet seats? Or curious about installation process? Here are some helpful resources:
I made the mistake of getting two of these "luxury" bidets.
Once installed, they worked OK for a little while. The heated seats and water flow worked as expected (most of the time). The air dryer was often cold though.
* The install is a nightmare - especially if you have the hidden toilet bolts
* The remote controls are super flaky and unintuitive.
* The thing sometimes locked itself in ECO mode and wouldn't go back to normal.
AND - fast forward about 3 years and 2 months. The things turn into useless junk.
Both of the units seat heaters broke. Both of the water heaters broke. So I get a cold seat and cold water in addition to the cold air from the dryer. Not pleasant.
The remotes are unable to change anything except the beeping and the toilet bowl lights.
The power light on one of the units went out (so you can't even tell if it has a heartbeat except for the bowl LED and the incessant beeping.
Do you want to get them fixed? Well, you need to uninstall them, mail them to BioBidet (at your cost) and give them $185 for a repair (each). And you need to figure out what to do without a toilet seat for 1-2 weeks. This company is a joke.
Spend a few more dollars and get the Toto C2. So far, easy to install & reliable.
I bought and installed this on a whim, not knowing what to expect. It is terrific, and makes toilet paper and the “old way” seem primitive and barbaric.
Very happy I bought this bidet. I am pleased it has the remote control.
I did have help to install it become live alone and not very handy. It has been a a great addition.
I do not like the A8 as much as I like my 2000 - the water seems to point with a different angle and pressure and it's impossible to get it to the same consistency as the 2000 even though the remote is identical. I would send this back but don't think I can send back a used toilet bowl seat! I will order something else and put this in one of the bathrooms less used..
I've had the Biobidet 2000 for a few years now and wanted to outfit another bathroom, and opted for this cuz of the nightlight and disappointed with a couple of things: Stream is nowhere near as strong as BB2000. Seat rim is weirdly shaped, too narrow at tip and exposes toilet ring. Lid does not fall all the way back. Remote is OK and night light is nice but I'd recommend the BB2000 for a better all the way around bidet.
