Love my Alpha JX2, can’t believe I waited so long

Had this for about one year and I do love it so far. I want a second one for my master bedroom. The price point and luxury meet all my needs.

Easy to install, the included template made it very simple. The warm seat is like heaven. The cleaning process is complete. Love it!

It does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Both my husband and I love it!! The Vortex spray is very beneficial because we both get constipated.

I bought a JX2 bidet when my Hulife bidet began to leak on my floor and could not be repaired. (That bidet only had a 1-year warranty.) I really missed having a bidet, after only 1 weeks' time. It was my one guilty pleasure when I had a bathroom remodel. I researched a lot of bidets online; had to have hot water, a dryer and a remote. You can sit on the lid of the JX2, a feature that few companies offer and there's a 3-year warranty. I highly recommend this product. You can't go wrong with this bidet. I was flushed when my big boy crapper needed to be dumped due to our recent move. That is until the folks at BidetKing came to the rescue! Our transition to a standard sized golden seat of relief was as smooth as (you know). We just installed this Alpha UX Pearl yesterday and so far I am pretty impressed. It is our first bidet/washlet and we put in a new Kohler chair height elongated seat toilet to go with it.

Takes a bit of learning to navigate the buttons on the remote but the install was very straightforward. Excellent water temperature and pressure and the ability to direct flow/temp are very good. Cleansing is 99% after a no. 2, which is impressive. The fan doesn't do much so we just use a couple squares of paper, no problems.

Only 'complaint' I have is that I like to read on 'the throne' and while my body is in contact with the seat, the internal water heater stays on in anticipation that it may be called upon. I feel like I am wasting electricity just sitting there reading. I wish there was an "OFF' button I could push.

I would most definitely recommend this product and the QR code printed on the inside lid of the box helps with installation as well as navigating the remote.

I would give the bidet 10 stars if the fan blew harder and the remote had a light. Don't let this stop you from buying. The warranty alone is worth the purchase. It is a solid 9 🌟. No regrets about purchasing it.

I already had one of these in my home. I bought during the epidemic and it has paid for itself many times over in savings on TP. I bought this second one for my granddaughter so I could use it when I visit. It keeps me nice and clean. You can opt out for one with all the bells and whistles but I am greatly satisfied with this simple version.

Why did I wait? If you are thinking about getting a bidet, don’t hesitate any longer. You will not believe the benefits. Very easy to install. Also Bedetking delivers fast.
