Quality product - well packed, clear instructions. Almost scared to try it out - after 2 weeks it is a nice addition to my daily regimen. Getting more comfortable everyday - my wife is still hesitant, but says she hears great things (she does love the warm seat). Happy with purchase - like the remote - easy to use.

Appreciate the additional features of heated water on demand and automated seat closure

This was our second purchase. We purchased the BB-2000 a few years ago for our North Carolina home and still have it. We now have a home in Florida as well and purchased the same BB-2000 model for our second home here. Great product and highly satisfied customer!!

Since this was my second one, I had no issues with installation.

The washlet is great and easy to install. Bidetking was very knowledgeable and friendly.

This is my fourth bidet seat. The others have all eventually cracked on the underside of the seat and needed to be discarded. All have been of different brands. My last seat was a BB-2000. It was a good seat and lasted about 5 years, which is the longest lasting one I have yet owned. I am about 220lbs. I really prefer the wash of this Alpha seat. The BB-2000 did feel like higher pressure but it also felt like a lot less water. This seat give me a much more comfortable wash and I feel it does it faster as well. I can not yet attest for how long it will last but it appears a little more solid than the other seats I have owned. So far I really like the controls, the look and feel of the seat and the wash. The auto open and close is pretty great bonus on this as well.

One of the purchases I’ve ever made. The seat is extremely comfortable - no more numb legs. Very easy to use and maintain. Friends and family go out of their way to stop by our house to use it. My only regret is not purchasing one sooner! After living with this, we have a difficult time going elsewhere to use the toilet, even for a pee!

We have both - the UX Pearl and the BB2000. We prefer the UX Pearl as it looks much better and sits flatter on the toilet. Both have comparable features.

Installation was easy peasy and the product works exactly as we anticipated. We love it.

This bidet is outstanding. Nothing like sitting on a warm toilet seat, being able to adjust the spray, having a great “height” to sit on, etc. Having a night light in the evening is also wonderful. It is a GREAT purchase.
