Excellent customer service! Initial order received was broken in package, replaced promptly by company with no additional fees. The remote works great, love my Bio Bidet seat, it’s the best!

The original remote lasted nearly 5 years, and would probably have kept going if I hadn't dropped it on the floor at 2 in the morning.
BidetKing responded promptly and sent me a new remote right away. I would request one more feature on the remote: a backlight. At 2 in the morning, a backlit display would be a most desirable feature.

the Bio Bidet is the best bidet seat we have ever used, it’s been a true lifesaver in our home as I have a spinal coed injury. Regardless, i would highly recommend this Bidet seat to anyone. Replacing the remote was a breeze.
