I really love my new Biddet. The toilet seat used to make a clicking sound when the seats started to heat up. Now I don’t hear the sound of the seat starting to heat up. Is there something wrong?

It's a great bidet, easy to install. Not as sleek as some of the Toto models. Now, why would this matter when the unit is only in your bathroom? I'm not sure it should hence the 5 star rating.

This is the Rolce Royce of bidets. Very happy with how clean it feels. Family is happy as well. Seat temp, water temp and dryer fan control is true luxury.

The warmth of the water is Leary’s a treat and the warmth of seat creates temptation to linger. The big win is we use less disposable product from the cleanliness.

I have tried quite a few different bidet seats and this one is by far the best. It has the strongest water stream of any other.

I've only had it a very short time, but it arrived quickly, Justin the Customer Service Mgr. was very helpful in directing me which one to get, installation was a snap, and overall, I like it, still getting use to it, but people that I talk to about it, have said, you know makes sense, (after the initial why did you buy that) response and many have said they would want to check back with me on it, cause they might be interested in getting one themselves after thinking about it a while. Very easy to use.
