The swash lets youpeer on the floor between seat bottom and commode.,
Thye Ligh on side of Blis bider.,is nice, inside the bowl like my old one better . The control selection s are nice,. Nices seat than Swash.

I am a first time bidet buyer. Bidet King's customer service was very helpful will all the questions I have on the models I was interested in. I settled on the Alpha UX Pearl. This is a very nice mid-range bidet… not too expensive and not too cheap. I took me a while to get used to using the functions of the bidet. But now I am used to it and very happy with my purchase. Thank you Bidet King for all your help, I appreciate your first rate service.

Love my bidet

Great product so far after a month or two. This product sets itself apart with a very unique round multi feature remote, multi-led lights for the bowl and a party mode, and a very good pressurized spray that does the job that's intended. Everything seems to be working well and it's very simple to hook up. My only complaint is a declining 3-year warranty and charging the customer to ship it back for warranty repairs or replacement. If the product fails that should be something that the company pays for in regard to shipping to get it fixed. If they were to make that 100% parts and labor warranty for 3 years and provide a shipping label if you ever had a warranty repair in that time. Then I can't imagine going with a better company... It has many functions, all seem useful so far. I keep the pressure on low then bring up a little. 3 months and so far is great.

I moved from a place with an elongated seat to one with a round, and was able to easily swap seats for my bidet. Fit no problem, and is comfortable as expected. Happy to be civilized again.

The ease and pleasure of using the Bidet is limitless.

Was not familiar with this product until my elderly mother bought one. . . . now I can't live without it. SOOO nice to wash up without having to dry out the skin on my entire body! Fabulous "sponge" baths are at the top of my list now. Thank you for offering a great product.

I’ve been enjoying my Bio-Bidet now for a couple of weeks and I don’t know how I’ve lived without it for so long.! It is beautifully crafted and effortless to install. I will recommend it to all of my friends and family…

I have three bidets installed in my house and three bathrooms. Over the last 6 years or so I have purchased eight bidets and used most of them for about a year before switching them out and installing them in some of my children's homes. I now have two BB2000 bidets and one other model. As far as I'm concerned the BB2000's are the best of the lot. I really appreciate the endless warm water. The design of the BB2000 is better than other endless warm water bidets because it is a hybrid with a small warm water tank which allows you to have a warm wash for as long as you want, without a blast of cold water at startup. It does an excellent job at cleaning and drying and keeping your bum warm on winter nights. Thumbs up to the BB2000!!

This thing is awesome! So glad I upgraded to this one. The install is a little tricky, but take your time and follow the instructions - you’ll be good. A plumber is always a good call too. The remote offers a lot of features yet is very easy to set up and use. Worth the investment!
