We've had BB 2000 for 3 years. My husband and I both like it very much. We bought another brand before the BB2000 but the water was cold at the beginning. This one keeps the water heated. We just bought another BB2000 to replace that one. It's worth the extra money.

Hello to everybody I purchased one of the JX2 and boy do we love it? As a matter of fact, we bought a second one, but then realized it would not fit in the area we needed it to, with that said I contacted the customer service and they handled the return flawlessly. I recommend Bidet King to all my colleagues, friends and family. I will also be purchasing more bidets in the future. Thank goodness for Bidet King if I could give them a 10 star rating, I would but five is the max and they deserve it! Yours truly Nikki T.

I’m enjoying the seat and happy that we can use the shower chair with the bidet installed. I’m not happy with the remote. It’s hard to understand. I do not like the round shape, it takes both hands to handle it!

This looks exactly like the much more expensive ux pearl. Only difference is it lacks the bowl sanitizer (which I rarely use), a magnetic remote and the light is blue instead of white. Much slimmer than other bidets since it's tankless (which means unlimited warm water).

This my third BB2000 and my wife and I can’t do without them. Very comforting on a cold winter day! Easy installation.

easy to install, easy to program for 2 users. we like the nightlight feature of the bowl.

I am very happy with my order the seat is always warm and the water is the right temperature make you feel clean.

The best bidet seat.

A few things I have noticed about the nine. The flow of water from the washing head and I know this sounds like a dicohtomy is both softer and harder at the same time. The force of the spray seems harder while the spray pattern and feel seems softer! I was worried that the new remote would be harder to use then the old one but after using it those fears were put to rest. All in all a high quality bidet at a superb price point! Can't say enough good things about the purchase of my two BidetKing seats. I absolutely love them.

We have been using discovery for about three weeks, it’s sleek, auto raising and closing lid , bowl light and a powerful warm air dryer are definitely top notch features compared to the to Toto with same features but about a thousand dollars less. But when I compare it to a bb 2000 (which I also have for last five years) it is close but the discovery just doesn’t have the water pressure for a good cleaning like the bb 2000 nor that Emma feature and too complicated remote with buttons in wrong spot.But the self opening lid, powerful dryer sleeker looks makes it a hard choice.

Fantastic I don't know how I managed all these years without one. Highly recommend this Alpha UX Pearl seat.
