Being that this is my first bidet take my Review with a grain of salt. The bidet itself works as advertised. There was definitely a few week learning curve but now that I've got the hang of it, I love my bidet! The only downside to this system is the remote which has touch sensitive buttons that don't always work and require multiple presses. Aside from the remote being the weak point, the system itself is great. The seat and water are is always warm and adjustable, The lights are nice to have on at night and it does do a good job of getting you clean. Although I will say personally, it takes me two of the auto cycles to feel fully clean. Overall I would recommend getting this bidet or "washlet"

We upgraded our previous bidet seat with this one because I really liked the idea of a back-lit remote control you can mount on the wall. This should make controlling all of its features much easier in the dark. First of all, we love this bidet seat You can ask anyone that has ever tried a bidet seat in their home, that once you try it, you'll always wonder how you ever lived without one in the past.We are definitely a family that will attest to that. We love all this seats features including the ability to control everything from water pressure and temperature to seat temperature from a wall mounted remote control. This is much easier than twisting your whole body to look down to the controls attached to the seat The new remote control.was a great idea adding backlit control buttons, but it doesn't light up what each button controls. So unless you know exactly what each buttons function is, you're back to guessing in the dark. It should either have the function of each button backlit on the button itself or somehow have the whole panel light up. I was very disappointed about this.They should have done more user trial testing because I think this issue would have been caught Regardless we will never be without a bidet seat in our home ever again.

Overall, we're happy with the crown.

There are only a few negatives:

-The included t-valve started leaking. My wife noticed a small puddle of water behind the toilet and luckily put a towel down until I got home. By the time I arrived, there was a steady stream of water coming from the plastic part of the t-valve. I removed it and replaced it with one that's all metal and it's been fine since. We're lucky she put the towel down or the amount of water that was coming out could have done some damage. The included valve was not over or under tightened.

The round remote is awkward to use. With one hand it's cumbersome and you can only reach the buttons on one side of the remote.

The lowest stream setting is just a little too strong, especially if you're dealing with hemorrhoids or fissures.

Great product so far after a month or two. This product sets itself apart with a very unique round multi feature remote, multi-led lights for the bowl and a party mode, and a very good pressurized spray that does the job that's intended. Everything seems to be working well and it's very simple to hook up. My only complaint is a declining 3-year warranty and charging the customer to ship it back for warranty repairs or replacement. If the product fails that should be something that the company pays for in regard to shipping to get it fixed. If they were to make that 100% parts and labor warranty for 3 years and provide a shipping label if you ever had a warranty repair in that time. Then I can't imagine going with a better company... Very happy with excellent customer service from BidetKing, and this bidet. It has all the features we wanted at a really reasonable price. We've had it for just a couple months now. Easy to install. User presets are handy, and the 1 touch button that does an oscillating wash followed by a dry, timed. The water comes out warm instantly. At first the stream seemed TOO intense, too targeted/narrow. We ran one of the 2 self-cleaning settings and the stream widened. So we're keeping up with that now. The dryer is plenty strong and warm. The stream is very powerful, I use 3, cannot bring myself to use level 5, and there is even a super intense setting that I haven't needed, but probably closer to an enema setting. We also tried the Alpha UX Pearl after this one on a different toilet, and it seems just about the same to us (different remote, no colored lights, dryer seems stronger, stream doesn't have that intense setting, not as slim). Happy with both. For context, this is our first bidet seat, just used a ton of this style in Japan and like many other travelers, had to buy one when we got home.
