After researching all available options for a Bidet "Seat" for under $1000, we found this brand and model offered the best features (adequate dryer, never-ending-warm-water, etc). I ordered the wrong bidet style but it was no problem did the exchange with your shipping label had all my info on it repackaged the exchange up 10 days later I had want I needed n loving it we already had an older one still works using it in another bathroom but this Alpha is the best yet

We went to Japan and saw literally every toilet was a bidet washlet, and so much more hygienic than our standard ones here. BidetKing fulfilled our order timely, shipping was hassle free, and the price was right.

This is my first electronic bidet. I mainly got it for the air dryer but also the heated water. I've had it for over a year now and I love it. It's so much better than a non-electric bidet (nothing against those, those are still pretty great). The heated water is nice, the control and adjustment are helpful, the nozzle oscillation means I have to move around less to get clean. I didn't think I'd care about the heated seat, but it's actually pretty great. It has an odor neutralizer that I expected to just be a buzz word, but it actually does seem to work. The build quality of this seat is extremely solid. I'm extremely happy with this purchase.

The seat isn't perfect though. The air dryer is ok but not great. I do use it every time, but I think gravity does as much work as the fan. The heated air is nice, but this feature overall should be better. The water pressure is less than a mechanical bidet, which is expected, but still unfortunate. I didn't end up missing it as much as I expected though. Worries about water pressure were the main thing holding me back from buying an electric earlier, but knowing now what it's like, I wouldn't have let it hold me back. Lastly, the "Pure Breeze Bowl Sterilization" is complete bogus. I was looking forward to this, but I haven't noticed it help at all.

In summary, if you are hesitant, just buy it. You'll never go back.

I will be ordering a second one. I'm sold! Im 78 yo woman. Installed it myself. Easy peasy. Purchased this first one for my husband who is in cognitive decline. This new addition will make our lives SO MUCH easier, cleaner, healthier.

It's a little challenging to install, but worth the effort. Every function works beautifully, the bowl stays quite clean, and it flushes great. We love the heated seat and night light. Bidet functions are super effective. I can't say enough about how good this toilet is.

My husband and I love this bidet seat! We purchased one in 2021. Same model. it still works great! So many awesome features! We just bought this second one for another toilet. We are so happy with it! Our friends love it too
