Similar to a few other reviews I must admit I was somewhat skeptical as a toilet has been just a toilet in North America since Moby was a guppy. The person who lived in Japan for 3 years I'm sure was exposed to something equal to or better than and I am truly envious. So this is how it has worked for me. We had the Bio Bidet IB 835 installed as part of a renovation and I have been using it for almost 1 week.Very cautious the first day or two and now "Well, Well". If I have to go Number 1, I go to any toilet and have been known to even use the great out doors, but if a Number 2 is pending I have a plan in mind and it is heading for the BB for the complete package and thrill. I'm still working on the remote but it is coming and I'm already looking forward to the next opportunity to sit and enjoy.
Unfortunately I can't talk about long term performance but if the short term is any indicator, I think it will just keep getting better.
So the finish up, if I have to go Number 2 I know what to do!!! Really a good investment.

The BioBidet IB835 is a wonderful combo/integrated toilet and seat, especially for the price. It has most of the necessary features of the higher priced competition and functions great. It has virtually endless warm water. Despite the fine performance of this model, there are some features that should definitely be improved upon. First, while there is an automatic flush feature, it can't be disabled or turned off which is sort of strange. Second, we have the BioBidet BB2000 seat in some of our other bathrooms, and the features on it are actually a little better than on the IB835. The force of the water on the BB2000 is much superior to the IB835. Additionally, the BB2000 has the enema feature, which the IB835 does not have and which is definitely a shortcoming. The IB835, on the other hand has a more powerful dryer. Lastly, the BB2000 has a replaceable, stainless steel jet head, while the IB835 has a fixed plastic jet which logically seems to be inferior. If BioBidet could incorporate the BB2000 features into the IB835, then it would be perfect. BidetKing, is fantastic with respect to knowledge and service. I am extremely happy with my BioBidet purchases from them.

this bidet is a very handsome toilet, dare I say. My contractor did the installing and he said the instructions were OK and it all went together nicely. The first toilet arrived with a gouge in the toilet seat cover so, I refused delivery and a second one was sent out. Be sure to insect carefully even if your delivery driver is in a very big hurry! Its fun and I am pleased with my choice.

First off, the transaction and delivery from BidetKing was very easy and went smoothly. I did the installation of the toilet myself. It was easier than I thought since everything you need was included. The toilet itself is very good looking. When not in use you don't see the bidet nozzle components so it looks like a regular toilet. The wall hung remote works well, you just need to touch the "flush" button for it to operate. Although the product description reads "adjustable warm air dry" there is no heater for the drying air it's just room temperature. The adjustment is either low or high air flow. The bidet spray functions work well. You just have to adjust all the options to your preferences. My only suggestion to BioBidet is to have a better and more stronger way of attaching the bidet seat to the toilet. Overall a great toilet for the money.
