Was a good label had all the info for the exchange just thought it was a little pricey since it cost $15-$16 to ship the original one n prepaid shipping label was $37 but didn’t have a choice did I ?

The pre-paid shipping label made things very easy and convenient. It was sent to my e-mail address without hesitation and very quickly. I was able to apply it to the item I was returning in exchange for another one at the same price. I took it to the UPC store on Thursday and to my surprise, on Saturday, the exchange Bidet was sitting on my doorstep. Honestly, I was able to get the exchange even quicker than my initial order. Very efficient. Thank you.
