A few things I have noticed about the nine. The flow of water from the washing head and I know this sounds like a dicohtomy is both softer and harder at the same time. The force of the spray seems harder while the spray pattern and feel seems softer! I was worried that the new remote would be harder to use then the old one but after using it those fears were put to rest. All in all a high quality bidet at a superb price point! Can't say enough good things about the purchase of my two BidetKing seats. I absolutely love them.

We have been using discovery for about three weeks, it’s sleek, auto raising and closing lid , bowl light and a powerful warm air dryer are definitely top notch features compared to the to Toto with same features but about a thousand dollars less. But when I compare it to a bb 2000 (which I also have for last five years) it is close but the discovery just doesn’t have the water pressure for a good cleaning like the bb 2000 nor that Emma feature and too complicated remote with buttons in wrong spot.But the self opening lid, powerful dryer sleeker looks makes it a hard choice.

Fantastic I don't know how I managed all these years without one. Highly recommend this Alpha UX Pearl seat.

We had the Alpha UXT installed by a contractor recommended to my husband. I wasn't there during the install, but it took approx 30 minutes. I came home a couple days later. We both love it! I'm still trying to figure out all the things it can do. The dryer is like a low setting on a hair drier. It requires supplemental drying with TP, which is expected.

I was so happy with the first Alpha JX2 I bought over a year ago I had to buy another one when I saw a special deal on one here. The continuous warm water capability versus a tank based warm water system makes this unit stand out against others. And the price can't be beat! The prompt order processing and cross border delivery with tracking was excellent!

Our previous bidet (from another brand) stopped working and after way too much research, we gave this one a try. Our old one would run out of warm water after about 15-20 seconds. This one runs the same temp throughout the entire cycle. It’s a lot lower profile and looks much nicer on the toilet. I appreciate the silent mode and some of the other customizable settings on it. We were lucky and got it during a good sale and I believe this is the best seat you could get for that price point.
