I’m extremely happy with the Alpha JX2 bidet seat. Great product at a good price. Hopefully, this product will last for many years.

After receiving this and using it for a few weeks, I don't think you can get a better seat, especially for the value. I do have a skirted toilet and was able to connect the supply lines without any issues. I do wish the tech on the phone asked me because apparently they will include an additional connector to make it easier. All in all, I love it.

My wife recently had shoulder surgery and said we need a bidet. I said what is that. Well it came and was so easy to install I could not believe it. I have used it and find it very easy.

It’s the cat’s meow. A great toilet, that is easy to clean, and has all the features I want for bidet toilet. I like features, price point, reliability, and size so much that I’m going to install a second one in the basement 1/2 bathroom. Lastly, I’m not a plumber, I’m not particularly handy, nor am I amazingly strong, yet I installed this product on my own - flawlessly - on my first attempt.

Game changer

The bidet seat was part of our bathroom remodel and it's probably the most loved by my wife.

Great product gives a lot of options for the price. Only thing I wish it had is user profiles to save settings on the remote. Other then that it's great

I have never had a Bidet prior to this one. I was not sure what to expect. Installation is very DIY simple ... after you install a power run by the toilet ... or if you are already fortunate enough to have power close by. I ran a 15 A GFCI circuit to power mine.

One thing that could have been a little sturdier is the seat lid. I think if one sat on it .. it would break ... unlike the Toto brand seat this unit replaced. Would be nice if it was a little sturdier. So ... I do not recommend sitting on it.

Overall .. works very well ... I would buy again. Heat function for water and airdry is spot on.

I've always wanted a bidet. So glad I splurged for the warm water and heated seat features. Really comes in handy during these winter months.
