Replacing because the seat had yellowed a lot but otherwise worked fine. Initially I received the wrong seat but customer service was great in taking it back and sending me the right one very quickly. No instructions with it like others said and not on the item listing page either. The instructions seemed overly simple initially but it is really that easy of a replacement. No issues during or after install.

I watched a youtube and replaced my old cracked seat pretty easily. Not that handy and I did it. Like new now.

Problem solved as indicated.. Replacement was easy as directed. Fit perfectly & functions like a new Bidet

It was pretty easy to change even though Brondell said consumer can't do it.. I will not buy another Brondell product.
