Bidet LId and seat

Have not yet attempted to change the seat but I managed to change out the falling lid. Unfortunately the new lid didn't correct the failed "soft close" function. I am disappointed but at a loss what to do next, How can I explore further for a solution?

Glad I didn't need a new Bidet

Thrilled to find out I can swap seat and lid. The process may be too intimidating for some. But I thought it was pretty easy. You do have to open up the bidet and expose all it's components etc...

No instructions!

My only complaint is there are no instructions for how to replace the seat and cover. The video and instructions on this page are for how to install the entire bidet not just replace the seat and cover. No instructions came with the replacement seat and cover.

My third seat

These seats crack after a while. This is my third replacement. I hope this one lasts much longer.
