I was shipped the wrong part and was pleasantly surprised how quickly they corrected the problem. You can tell a lot about a company by how they handle issues and these guys are top-notch. I would definitely buy from them again!

Said would include prong for the metal part. It wasn’t included. So was disappointed

I've ordered a number of items through this company and have never had a problem.
When I made a mistake in one of my orders, I sent an email to customer service asking them to correct it. They called me the next day to let me know that orders cannot be changed once they are in the system. They told me they would cancel the order and helped me get the right products ordered.
