I have never had a Bidet prior to this one. I was not sure what to expect. Installation is very DIY simple ... after you install a power run by the toilet ... or if you are already fortunate enough to have power close by. I ran a 15 A GFCI circuit to power mine.

One thing that could have been a little sturdier is the seat lid. I think if one sat on it .. it would break ... unlike the Toto brand seat this unit replaced. Would be nice if it was a little sturdier. So ... I do not recommend sitting on it.

Overall .. works very well ... I would buy again. Heat function for water and airdry is spot on.

I've always wanted a bidet. So glad I splurged for the warm water and heated seat features. Really comes in handy during these winter months.

We're about two weeks into our first bidet experience and are very satisfied with the BidetKing Crown. I gave it five stars for the rating and would say it's a 4.5 but that's not an option.

It performs all the functions very well and we're happy with it. One of the features that sold me on this model was the backlit remote and as others have noted, the circles around the buttons light up but it's difficult to see what button is what. It's easy enough to figure out where the Auto or other favorite buttons are through muscle memory, but the backlight feature doesn't distinguish it like I thought it would.

The different nightlight options are nice and we primarily switch between two of the colors.

The cleaning is powerful and thorough and after ~two weeks, I have settled into just hitting the Auto button on the side of the seat and leaving the remote in its cradle. My wife commented on the power of the Wash + mode...it's strong.

There's enough customization to dial things in but not so many options and settings as to be confusing. The Crown is at a great price point with the current discount.

Installation is very straightforward and I did hit up the customer service chat when I had a question and they were very quick to help me out. They also helped me out with a post-sale question and resolved it immediately.

I looked over all the models on the BidetKing Top 10 list and settled on the Crown for the backlit remote (really not important to me in actual use), nightlight (really like this), strong performance and ease of installation.

We are very happy with our purchase.

The product arrived as scheduled and was installed with no difficulty. It works very well. We are quite pleased with it. We have other bidets so we have a basis for comparison. It has become our preferred unit to use, the best seat in the house, so to speak. I would recommend this product without reservation to anyone in the market for a bidet. (The blue light is pretty cool, as well.)

I had back surgery. The bidet made my life SOOOO much better. I mean, who wants to suffer the indignity of needing someone (spouse, children) to do clean-up duty? So now, as I’m aging . . . one less thing to worry about!
