I don't Do a a lot of reviews but today feel the need to share my thoughts about this bidet, as it has most definitely impacted my life in a very positive way. I an internal hemorrhoid and 6 years ago I was desperate to find a a solution / relief. I wont get into weeds on condition, suffice it to say it's presents some issues and when decided to look at the bidet option, i new i needed something with sufficient pressure and found this bb-1000, which boasted to the highest on the market. I was worried about the purchase and the installation, and also how long would it last if it did work! Let just say, I have had this unit now for 6 year, and it still works & preforms it was brand new! It was such an incredible relief and after 3 month, I purchased a 2 unit, which also been in use since purchase! Honestly, I was hopping to get a few years out of it but they are running like they where new! The installation was as easy as it could be and both pressure and waster temp are still perfect. I was also worried about the 30 second hot waster limits before it starts going cold . Trust me, 30 seconds it more than enough time! the remote is simple and can be easily mounted if you wanted! Bottom line (pun intended ;-)) You will not be disappointed with the BB-100) As side not. I purchases 3 seat for my 85 year dad, when i discovered he had the same condition as me. my father just recently passed at the age 92 and we told me many times about how it was a game changer for him. I have recommended the BB-1000 so many times Bio- Bidet should pay me a commission!

I had been wanting a bidet for years. Have my own water and septic system in rural area. This Alpha UX was easy install and works perfectly . Excellent manual and instructions . Love all the different settings available .

No more middle of the night cold shocks sitting on a cold seat! Cleans well and perfect temp! Love my alpha pearl!

The bidet is almost identical to the one it replaced. It is easy to install and performs reliably.

This is my first bidet and I absolutely love it! I bought the Alpha JX and it's everything they said it would be! It was easy to install. I have only used the wash and dry cycle. I have used toilet paper to check and see how well it cleans and after a month have only found a couple of spots half the size of a pea on the toilet paper. The heated seat is really great! It was easy to order and arrived when they said it would.

Installation was easy and working as advertised. It is installed in the downstair bath and the bath was just remodeled. I researched and this model fits our needs.

Awesome product

Replacing because the seat had yellowed a lot but otherwise worked fine. Initially I received the wrong seat but customer service was great in taking it back and sending me the right one very quickly. No instructions with it like others said and not on the item listing page either. The instructions seemed overly simple initially but it is really that easy of a replacement. No issues during or after install.

It does an amazing job!!! I had no idea that this device could do such a great job. It is well worth the money.and I should have installed the bidet sooner.

Received this toilet last week had it installed today .Upgrading from a regular Kohler toilet, there is no comparison between the two with all the automated features that come with this toilet.

We have had two previous bidets from other companies. This one is by far the best. The product description doesn't lie. The remote is easy to use, and installation took less than 45 minutes. Lastly, the disco lights are fun.

I purchased this unit to be used after shoulder surgery. It was easy to install, and works very well. I am completely satisfied.
