After reading many reviews on different bidet seats I settled on the Alpha JX2, this unit performs great. Lots of options to customize and best of all it cleans great and is easy to operate. For the money you can’t go wrong.

The installation was simple, all standard parts that fit. It functions great. We are happy with it.

I read all the reviews and it came down to 2 bidet seats. I bought the BB2000 $413 and the BB Discovery DLS $539 on sale (11/2024). I couldn't decide so I bought one of each. There is a clear winner and it is not the DLS.

Here's why the DLS is inferior in no particular order:

1. The DLS seat has a slight wiggle to it as noted in other reviews. The BB2000 does not.
2. The enema feature is a pathetic weak stream compared to the powerful "vortex wash" on the BB2000.
3. The seat has turned yellow after one year. It is very slight, but it is there. I keep the heat on the lowest setting but it appears to have discolored the seat.
4. The BB2000 is $126 less

Other:
Number 2 (pun intended) above is THE reason to buy the BB2000. The BB2000 remote looks dated but it works great and it has only one side. The DLS has buttons on both sides and it is annoying to pull it out of the holder. The water temperature seems more consistent on the BB2000. The BB2000 manual looks like a manual for a bidet. The DLS manual looks like a boarding pass for the Queen Mary in 1936. It is up to you if you want to pay for the boarding pass.

Very pleased overall and fast shipping

We've had BB 2000 for 3 years. My husband and I both like it very much. We bought another brand before the BB2000 but the water was cold at the beginning. This one keeps the water heated. We just bought another BB2000 to replace that one. It's worth the extra money.

Hello to everybody I purchased one of the JX2 and boy do we love it? As a matter of fact, we bought a second one, but then realized it would not fit in the area we needed it to, with that said I contacted the customer service and they handled the return flawlessly. I recommend Bidet King to all my colleagues, friends and family. I will also be purchasing more bidets in the future. Thank goodness for Bidet King if I could give them a 10 star rating, I would but five is the max and they deserve it! Yours truly Nikki T.

I’m enjoying the seat and happy that we can use the shower chair with the bidet installed. I’m not happy with the remote. It’s hard to understand. I do not like the round shape, it takes both hands to handle it!

This looks exactly like the much more expensive ux pearl. Only difference is it lacks the bowl sanitizer (which I rarely use), a magnetic remote and the light is blue instead of white. Much slimmer than other bidets since it's tankless (which means unlimited warm water).

This my third BB2000 and my wife and I can’t do without them. Very comforting on a cold winter day! Easy installation.
