We purchased the Alpha JX2 Bidet Toilet Seat because my wife has IBS and makes frequent trips to the bathroom per day. The Alpha JX2 has worked exactly as advertised. It's a much gentler solution and definitely has reduced our toilet paper use! The various controls allow for complete comfort. Very pleased with the purchase.

The Bidet operates as advertised. Has multiple features with allow you to program to your liking. Recomended!!!!!!!!

I like the unit. The installation was easy and quick. Like the per person set up use , it's a great idea to use the preset features and not to play with the remote every use. The bowl light at night is handy (to make sure no one knows you were there:)). SO far have it for 1 month and enjoy it.
