We started out with a high end Brondell (based on price and features) but were disappointed when it failed just outside warranty. Bought a replacement, high end Toto which was excellent from the first use. Brondell offered a deal on a replacement when we complained about their product. It too has since failed and we have replaced with this k300. Excellent product (like our expensive one which is still working great). Very happy with the Toto products. What’s wrong with Brondell’s design or quality control.

Easy to install. Easy to use - especially with the remote control. The only negative is that the pre clean / prep stage is a bit noisy at night - a lot of pomp and circumstance going on to just pee in the middle of the night.

We own two toto Vespin II toilets and have been quite happy with them. Liking the brand, I did not consider other brands of bidet toilets seats beside Toto. The K300 seemed like a good compromise between the high and low ends, and I was drawn toward the lower profile of the K300 and the presence of a fully featured remote. The seat was easy to install and has a high quality feel to it. The power cable and hose very neatly direct to the back of the toilet and I was able to tuck it all out of sight. The plastics used in the construction are however on the softer side and prone to scratching if cleaned with rough things like scouring sponges. The softer plastic make the lid of the toilet feel a bit flimsy, but it easily supports my 185 lb weight. The seat fits very well on the toto toilets. I found the toilet seat feeling a bit wobbly though and fixed this by placing a few strips of anti skid plastic tape near where the seat hinges. It has a nice quick release mechanism making it easy to disconnect the seat from the toilet for a monthly thorough bathroom cleaning. The seat has all manner of features like heated seat, odor filtering airflow, spraying of water against the toilet bowl walls as you sit down, I don't want most of these features and thankfully you can choose to turn any or all permanently on or off. The remote is nicely constructed and easy to clean. It allows all manner of fine tuning and storing of settings like water spray intensity, position, temperature, etc. etc. It's the first bidet seat I have ever tried and I am happy with it. The only improvement I can think of is with the switch which detects your weight when you sit down. It cause water to start dribbling, flushing and priming things for action. Every time you shift your weight on the seat, the switch can trip again, starting the dribbling all over gain. This could be fixed by putting a second switch near the other hinge. If Toto is listening, perhaps on a future model this can be implemented. Lastly, I am the only one in the house who wants to use a bidet toilet seat. To save the rest of the family from dribbling water sounds when they sit down, I press the off button on the remove for five second ever time I'm done to fully turn the toilet seat off, and do the same when I need it the next time to activate it. Since the toilet seat can instantly warm its water, it requires no time at all to prepare for action.

My wife and I have been loving the K300! While we don't have many reference points (this is our first bidet), it's everything we wanted it to be. No complaints about the product itself, and the service and experience with BidetKing was fantastic.

We were guests at one our friends house, and they had a Toto washlet in the guest bathroom. It was our first experience with the product, and we decided we should have one. So, we ordered it.
