My ONLY recommendation is that the hand held remote should be 'backlit' so that night time bathroom ventures are easier without having to turn on bright lights in the room.
I have absolutely zero complaints about this product. HIGHLY recommend a bidet to anyone; especially us 'older' folks. Truly helps with hygiene and confidence Been responsible for recommending this to four other friends who are also very pleased. Warm seat, warm water, ease of installation,,. terrific.
We've had one other in our home for over a year now - and just bought a 2nd.

I bought the Alpha UXT Pearl. I had to have an electrician install an outlet and the plumber move the water line to install it. I love all the features from the night light to the bowl cleansing. I would highly recommend anyone getting this bidet toilet combo.

The Toto aquia is perfect for the bidet especially the Toto washlet, but it works just fine for the bio bidet , it doesn’t hid the connections like the Toto but it works really great for the price..

First bidet and it did not disappoint.

I bought my first model during the plannedemic. It wore out, bought a second, and there were immediate issues. The customer service from Brondell was awesome. The replacement is great. Does everything as described. It has been months since the replacement and no issues. I highly recommend. If on the fence, this is the way to go. Enjoy your clean bum. TP is for Neanderthals.

I don't Do a a lot of reviews but today feel the need to share my thoughts about this bidet, as it has most definitely impacted my life in a very positive way. I an internal hemorrhoid and 6 years ago I was desperate to find a a solution / relief. I wont get into weeds on condition, suffice it to say it's presents some issues and when decided to look at the bidet option, i new i needed something with sufficient pressure and found this bb-1000, which boasted to the highest on the market. I was worried about the purchase and the installation, and also how long would it last if it did work! Let just say, I have had this unit now for 6 year, and it still works & preforms it was brand new! It was such an incredible relief and after 3 month, I purchased a 2 unit, which also been in use since purchase! Honestly, I was hopping to get a few years out of it but they are running like they where new! The installation was as easy as it could be and both pressure and waster temp are still perfect. I was also worried about the 30 second hot waster limits before it starts going cold . Trust me, 30 seconds it more than enough time! the remote is simple and can be easily mounted if you wanted! Bottom line (pun intended ;-)) You will not be disappointed with the BB-100) As side not. I purchases 3 seat for my 85 year dad, when i discovered he had the same condition as me. my father just recently passed at the age 92 and we told me many times about how it was a game changer for him. I have recommended the BB-1000 so many times Bio- Bidet should pay me a commission!
