What a wonderful product. I'm so happy with the purchase I paid extra to get the heated seat and some of the extra bells and whistles but they are well worth it. It was so easy to install an easy to use I am super happy with my purchase!!

This is our 4th bidet and it would appear that I did nothing but waste money before this one. Hands down we will NEVER waste our money on any other bidet. If you are on the fence we have gone through 2 alpha bidets and some other brand not worth of remembering. All 3 prior were poorly made and failed within a few months. The bio bidet 2000 is the best for the money.
