I've only had it a very short time, but it arrived quickly, Justin the Customer Service Mgr. was very helpful in directing me which one to get, installation was a snap, and overall, I like it, still getting use to it, but people that I talk to about it, have said, you know makes sense, (after the initial why did you buy that) response and many have said they would want to check back with me on it, cause they might be interested in getting one themselves after thinking about it a while. Very easy to use.

this my second purchase of a bidet. first one was a bio-bidet slim zero that i started using this summer. it was just ok.now that the weather turned cold it was a to uncomfortaple to use. this warm water bidet is much better. seems like a nice unit. i dont have anyother one to compare to but im happy with this one.

love the seat warmer and all the bidet functions work great. the remote is easy to use. installation was easy. i have had it for about a month now with no issues. my only complaint is that even though i tried really hard to research the sizing correctly, this fits very snuggly on my round toilet and the lid doesn't stay open very well. my toilet tank curves out ever so slightly and gets in the way. not a big deal and still so worth it for such a luxurious bidet.

Bought this to replace a non-electeic bidet that had started to leak. Amazing upgrade! The user save feature is really nice when more than one person uses it. I enjoy the heated seat way more than I expected to and it's nice having instant hot water for a wash. Having to buy for a round toilet made the opening on the small side, but there's still plenty of room even being male. About the only downside is not being able to use bathroom cleaners on it and having to use water and vinegar.

We were fortunate this seat fit very well on a European stye toilet with rounded integrated tank. We tried another brand before finding Bidet King and it wouldn’t work. This seat has excellent water pressure, is well made, and provides constant hot water. We couldn’t be happier.

I own a coco bidet, I bought the Alpha UX pearl, for my girlfriend, I’m pretty sure I’ll be replacing my coco with an Alpha UX for myself

It’s been working really well! No problems at all. I had researched several different brands and models, and was pretty picky, when I narrowed my choice down to the Pearl. This is my first bidet, so I have no others to compare it to. But, this unit checks all the boxes. Bidetking was very helpful supplying me with answers to my questions. We love our Bidet 2000! So much that we have two installed in the house and bought another one for my in-laws. Once you get used to, it is hard to live without it. Easy operation, powerful, easy to install. Better hygiene and savings on toilet paper. Hightly recommended.

I've wanted one of these for a long time. Bidets are uncommon in the U.S., but not unusual globally. As you age, it gets harder to reach and get clean, but this does the job! I love the bidet. It's easy to use because the remote is intuitive, and the printed instructions are clear. There are plenty of features that allow for customization. The installation was not difficult, but does require minimal plumbing (and possibly electrical) skill. Initially I ordered the round by mistake instead of the oblong; BidetKing responded to my email quickly and was able to make the change before the item shipped. A great product from a great company!

I’m very pleased with the BB-2000. It does exactly what it says. All the functions work well and after you do your business you come out feeling fresh and clean. Definitely a great buy!

I bought one seat for myself and really liked it. So, I purchased two more; oene fr my guest bath and one as a Christmas gift. I know my guests will like it, and the present is yet to be known. If have to return it we will know he didn't want one.
