This is my second unit after first one lasted over 12 years of service. The first was still operating but due to hard water conditions in our area was time to be retired. Great model and highly recommend.

I love my Alpha bidet toilet seat so much! I have suffered chronic back pain for 18 years and my back does not let me turn enough to wipe my bum after a bowel movement so I would have to take a shower. My new Alpha JX2 bidet toilet seat gives me confidence that my bum is clean with a good stream of warm water. Thank You so much for such a great product

Easy installation & very well constructed. Very quiet while operating.

We've only had it for a few months, but everyone in our home is loving this seat. Our Toto had gotten clogged from hard water, but we are able to use a filter with the BioBidet. Highlight is that it has the strongest spray. There is a power setting that truly helps with your sluggish times . I didn't believe it could work but believe it! The blue nightlight is really helpful, wish we could change the color but that is such a minor thing. They really need to CORRECT THE WRONG INSTRUCTIONS, the diagram of the mounting bracket shows it backwards with the gaskets upside down. SO annoying! There instructions and generally unclear, they need more descriptive words and correct diagrams. Use youtube to install and save yourself a lot of hassle and redo. All in all, I chose this seat carefully and am very pleased with it functionality, highly recommend

This toilet is awesome. It does everything it is advertised to do. A must for senior citizens.

We purchased a bidet because my husband has a history of bowel difficulties that has led to some medical issues. We purchased a Brondell 1400 unit at the "glowing endorsement" from a friend. We had an electrician install an outlet. My husband then was able to install the bidet plumbing himself. It takes a bit of practice to learn about and set functions that are best for the person. We are very happy with the bidet. It is cleansing, warm, relaxing. Everything has worked well.

Best purchase ever. We are delighted with our new Bidet. As prior reviews have stated, why did I wait so long. It lives up to its description.
We did have it installed by a plumber since our home is older and we are not quite as comfortable around plumbing as others might be.
I can only say Thank You for your product and the difference it has made in our lives!!
