I will be ordering a second one. I'm sold! Im 78 yo woman. Installed it myself. Easy peasy. Purchased this first one for my husband who is in cognitive decline. This new addition will make our lives SO MUCH easier, cleaner, healthier.

It's a little challenging to install, but worth the effort. Every function works beautifully, the bowl stays quite clean, and it flushes great. We love the heated seat and night light. Bidet functions are super effective. I can't say enough about how good this toilet is.

My husband and I love this bidet seat! We purchased one in 2021. Same model. it still works great! So many awesome features! We just bought this second one for another toilet. We are so happy with it! Our friends love it too

Alpha JX2 Bidet Toilet Seat

Very happy with the purchase and a bonus that I was able to use FSA funds to purchase it. The only small downside is the remote is not lit up. Not a big thing as you learn the remote buttons relatively easily, but lighted buttons would be a big plus.

Before our purchase, we asked several questions and received quick and complete responses.The bidet was very easy to install and included all the parts needed. We have enjoyed the bidet, our first, with adjustible heated seat, water, and air drying. The seat looks nice even as an addition to the toilet. Operation is simple.

One day in with the Alpha UX and I'm quite pleased.
Installation took about half an hour. A little bit of plumbing with one piece from the hardware store and a decent quality power cord was all I needed.

First bidet experience was a relaxing surprise.

I traveled Japan for more than 20 years, and had a bidet-style toilet in every hotel. The BB2000 is an excellent bidet with really good features. We’ve tried all of them and are very pleased with the quality and performance of the unit. Easy to install. Easy to operate.

Excellent purchase

I liked that there were buttons and a remote control. For quick visits we don’t need all those bells and whistles so appreciate being able to just push and go. Or would it be go and push!? Lol.

Build quality is the same as our master bathroom's THrone. The Lite version is perfect for our guest and kids bath's. Yes our kids requested bidets lol

I just installed this today in our master bathroom and it delightful. I purchased it because it has the best pressure in its class and I have found other high end bidets don’t have the pressure that the cheaper cold water bidets have and therefore less cleaning power and effectiveness. This bidet does have more pressure than the Toto and other bidets we’ve tried but still less than I prefer, even using the vertex / enema feature / function. Regardless I’m still happy with the purchase and the heated seat, warm water, oscillation and massage features, deodorizer, etc are sooo nice. Very happy with the purchase. Installation was pretty straightforward, I did it myself and I’m no handyman. You simply need an electrical outlet nearby otherwise it won’t work for you.
