The best function is the remote control so that you don't have to reach for buttons on the seat. The water temperature control and air dryer are the best features and work well. The heated seat will be nice on a cold winter morning.

Not only was it $100 off, but i have no idea why I didnt get a bidet seat sooner. It was simple enough for me to install myself in less than 30 minutes. Even my skeptical husband is singing its praises and telling everyone how great it is. Just get it!

Have only experienced Toto washers from travels, so Alpha was totally new to me. Easy to install and use, really like the flatter seat position vs the hard incline of other bidet seats, cleaning stream could be stronger, but job gets done. Overall am very satisfied and also expect to install more Alphas in the future. (one small request, maybe options for choosing color temp on night lighting, to softer whites.

More expensive seats doesn't always mean better. A very good, reasonably priced seat. I first bought the BB2000 but was disappointed. This seat is stable, robust, and full featured. The curved back matches the arc of my one-piece toilet nicely.

I really liked it. I sort of expected that.
What I liked the most was BidetKing's warranty offer to return it even after used for 30 days.

I had a Lotus before (needed to change into elongated) I wanted to try the BB2000 but I was weary to change something I knew worked. The store's warranty gave me the confidence to buy knowing I wasn't stuck with a product if I didnt love it as much as the Lotus.

I'm absolutely keeping this.

When first thinking of a bidet I was under the impression you need to buy a complete toilet with it built in the goods But this unit Does it all ..First it was a 10 minute to install it . And we where off to a new much cleaner new life style for both male and Female ... It cleans itself after each use and even presoaks the bowl so not to leave marks in the bowl .. Everything works as promised and better. It was in a top 10 units and this unit took first place and is priced over half what other units where but this on won it all !! You can not got wrong with this unit ..
