Description

This is an open box Alpha JX. The unit may have minor scuffs/blemishes on the upper housing.  Besides potential cosmetic issues, the unit is 100% fully tested and functional.

The bidet seat has been plugged into water for testing.  This seat has NOT been used for actual toileting purposes.

All parts and accessories included are 100% new.

Bought a new unit in 2021 and it has worked flawlessly since. The only feature which remains unsatisfactory is the weak fan that does not really dry the skin well even after 5 continuous minutes, but that is true with any model or brand of bidet. Nonetheless, I still use less TP to dry than if I did not have this bidet. i would recommend this unit if buying in this price range.

It was a good buy

I had hired professional plumber to install it since I need to have extra outlet installed behind the toilet. After it was installed, it was easy to setup and operate.
I love my bidet and it is a good choice to have.
