I had previously purchased this exact bidet (Alpha Pearl) less than a year ago. Very happy with all the features that a lot of others don’t offer. Our home was struck by lightning and when we lost it - we ordered a replacement a few days later. We are very happy with the 2nd one as well!

This changed my entire bathroom experience... I'm so glad I bought this when I did. I've cut back on paper and even though I still use it to dry off, there's never any residue that the bidet hasn't already completely removed. A remarkable device.

I’m so pleased with this bidet and its options!
I read the reviews and I’m glad I listened. It was easy to install once I had a GFCI plug installed near the toilet. Took less than 10 minutes plus cleaning to prep!

I love it as much as I loved my first one! Always feel clean and fresh. Absolutely hooked for life! Also, customer service is excellent. The drying element is not too good, but otherwise it's great!

I need surgery on my shoulder and my right arm is going to be strapped to my chest for 3-4 weeks. A bidet was just the ticket. I researched on-line & chose your Bliss-2000. I bought it for my master bathroom and found it easy to use and I love feeling so clean & fresh after using. So, I bought one for my downstairs guest bathroom! When I have the operation, I can use either one instead of having to go upstairs. Also, my friends can see what I've been extolling. I'm a true fan.

We were gifted a bidet in December to help me after a back surgery. We loved it so much we purchased another. My wife and grandkids love as much I do. I am 6 weeks after surgery and don’t know how I could have taken care of business without it. Great addition to our bathrooms.
