Having never used a bidet before, I was not sure what to expect. I have nerve damage in my arms and hands and it was increasingly harder to use toilet paper. This bidet has been a godsend, I now feel clean when I use the bathroom. It was an easy install even with the limited use of my hands.

This unit was super easy to install and included everything I needed, looks great, and works perfectly. The remote gives you everything you need. The lighting is nice and the heating controls provided what we need as a family. I will say, in terms of hardware, the t-valve is a simple t-valve. I have hard water in my home, so simpler is better -- some other brands/units have a special shut off there which tends to gunk up with hard water over time. The simple t-valve is a better option for us and I was relieved when I opened the package and saw it. We have 3 toilets with 3 bidets. We have the Alpha JX on two of them and it's our preferred model.

Love this simple, inexpensive, durable handheld bidet. A 72 year old woman, installed it on her own in a tiny house (15 minutes time at most). The house is so small, that the bidet hose even reaches to the sink, which can be sprayed clean as well. Bottom line, get one.

Easy to install and performs as advertised. It’s our first bidet and it exceeds my expectations on ease of use and functionality. I would recommend to friends and family.

This bidet has been a major upgrade to my restrooms. Warm water, heated seat and a dryer, nothing missing from this bidet option.

I mistakenly entered my old address when ordering the seat. When I called the next day they were quick, friendly and efficient in correcting my error, and the seat arrived in just a few days. The seat itself has been fantastic! We love all of the well-thought-out features. The heated seat, warm water, light, and adjustments all work great! The dryer-fan is a bit under-powered, but gets the job done with a little time. Overall, we could not be happier!!!

Had this for 3 years and love it. Only thing I can complain about it the night light. Should have made it red or blue color so it’s not so bright at night. You can paint or put a piece of red tape over it to dim it down.

Works great and functions as advertised. This is my first bidet and I have zero regrets purchasing it. I have had it a little over a month and the unit works flawlessly as it was advertised.

Recently had our bathroom remodel and insisted on installing a bidet- read through many reviews and recognized the Alpha brand from stops at Sapp Brothers over the last couple of years plus liked the 3 yr warranty just in case. Easy to install; like the heated seat; lit night light affect; cleansing of areas and temp control! It’s only been a month and quite pleased with my purchase

I must admit I was leary, but very happy with my purchase. This bidet replaced an old Novita and I like it so much better!

Wow is an understatement. This toilet is beyond explanation. It’s totally hands free, quiet and always appears clean. Tot has elevated the form and function of toilets. Worth every penny.
