DESCRIPTION

TOTO® Neorest® LS Dual Flush 1.0 or 0.8 GPF ADA Height Toilet with Integrated Bidet Seat and EWATER+®, Cotton White is the pinnacle of bathroom luxury and modernity. The TOTO® Neorest® LS Dual Flush comfort features begin as you approach the wash closet. The seat automatically opens hands-free to welcome you in. A nightlight illuminates your path.

An automatic Premist® spray wets the CEFIONTECT toilet bowl surface. CEFIONTECT is TOTO’s ceramic glazing that minimizes waste from sticking to the bowl. The combination of the Premist® and the CEFIONTECT minimize the frequency of cleaning which helps reduce the amount of chemicals required to clean the toilet. When you take your rightful place upon the seat, you can feel the warmth of the heated seat.

The seat has 5 seat-warming temperature settings that are especially useful during the cold of winter. An automatic air deodorizer activates to hide unpleasantries. As your journey comes to a close, you can access the remote control and start the cleanse process. A self-cleaning wand will appear to wash your nether-regions. You are in total control as you can select a front cleanse, soft rear cleanse, rear cleanse, oscillating cleanse, pulsating cleanse, and the warmth and volume of the spray.

You may also decide to select one of the four user memory settings to instantly dial in your preferences. You may start the air dryer to reduce the moisture left behind from the cleaning. You have 5 temperature setting options for the air dryer. The automatic flush will begin as soon as you rise.

The powerful flushing of the 1G TORNADO FLUSH® system, combined with the CEFIONTECT whisks away all of the evidence. You can opt to utilize the 1 GPF flush for stronger jobs. A cleansing EWATER+® mists the wand and toilet bowl, reducing the need for harsh cleaning chemicals.     Great service from Bidet King and a good bidet toilet

    Ordered a Toto Neorest LS from Bidet King ans we liked the modern look with a lid hinged to the very rear of the unit. The unit was shipped quickly but UPS mishandled the box and the bowl potion was shattered. Sent a copy of the unboxing pictures with the shattered bowl to Bidet King and received excellent service getting a new replacement bowl in just a few days, this time via a private trucking service. Opened and inspected the replacement box before signing. Bowl was intact. A sign of great customer service is when problems arise and the company goes the extra mile to make it right quickly. For that, Bidet King earns an A+.

    As for the bidet toilet, the Toto Neorest LS has lots of bells and whistles that are listed in the product description. We had an electrician run a dedicated 20 Amp GFCI plug for it as it can draw up to 1283 Watts, making a 15 Amp outlet dicey. Installation was done by a professional who had experience installing these units, so came with all the drilling and plumbing tools required. Installation and initial set up took about 3 hours.

    The bidet toilet is run by the included remote. It is set up to have the lid pop open upon proximity of the user to the unit. The unit then pre-mists that bowl, which aids in self cleaning. The pre-mist helps to keep the interior of the bowl clean but sometimes residue below the water line remains for up to an hour and an additional flush.

    The seat has a pressure sensor that when activated allows for other functions. One nice part of the unit is the customized settings where up to 4 people can set seat temperature, water temperature, water pressure, wand positions (front and rear) and air dry temperature. These each have 5 temperature, pressure or position settings. In addition, there are a couple of spray patterns. One suggestion is to start with one of the more gentle spray pressures and work up to your comfort level. Both the front and rear sprays are customizable for each of the 4 users.

    The seat heating is even more customizable. It uses 470W electricity and can be turned off or turned on continuously, switched on/off set to clock time or through a learning program (for energy savings). The warm air dryer also has a number of options to save energy as does the deodorizer that can be programmed upon seating or getting off the seat. The deodorizer does not replaces a bathroom exhaust fan though.

    The one complaint about the unit is the lack of intelligent seat/lid control. There is a setting option that allows for the lid to lift by default (seat stays down) and another option for seat and lid lifting together. The first works fine for those who sit but for those who stand, a button on the remote must be depressed to lift the seat. If the second option is set to the default, it works for those who stand but not for those who sit. Once again, the seat up/down button on the remote must be pushed to lower the seat. The remote buttons are not back-lit, so fumbling for the right button to depress in a dark bathroom is no fun. Toto should either add some lights to the remote buttons, or add a sensor to the seat to discriminate a standing person from a sitting one (in fact the present pressure sensor on the seat could be used in conjunction with the present proximity sensor that opens the lid or lid/seat to accomplish that with a little coding), or add voice control for seat up/down. This isn’t a major issue, just an inconvenience.

    Even though there is a lot of tech in the unit, it still requires periodic maintenance, such as bowl cleaning, seat cleaning, etc. The seat separates from the bowl for periodic cleaning between the two. Use a soft dampened cloth on the seat, rather than toilet paper, if you want the seat to retain a pristine look.
