Great bidet; lots of features and flexibility. Don’t know how we did without one for so long.

Remote is intuitive, features are fantastic including the easy wash, pressure, water temp, and seat temp adjustment.

All good.

I have one in each of my bathrooms, for the last 4-years. They keep improving features, which is great. Like the light feature and metal instead of plastic hardware improvement.

Really loving my BB 2000. I’m a 78 year old woman and I installed it myself watching a diy YouTube video. Love the warm seat. Using all the features required a little experimentation and practice.

Installed on a Champion 5 perfectly. I love the ease of use and the cleanliness I feel after using. The night light is awesome for night time urination as a man. And the fact that it won’t spray if there’s no one sitting is a plus. The kids can’t spray the bathroom mirror and make a giggly mess.

It sets a bit higher than a normal seat so I’ll probably end up getting a squatty potty or a
similar stool.

The only complaint out of the box is a slight sharp edge of plastic on the front inner seat area that’s a bit uncomfortable to my member if sitting forward a little too much. Sandpaper smoothed it out.

All in all I really like this bidet. It’s my first one and I highly recommend. Especially with the Labor Day discount and extra 10% for signing up to email. Totally worth it. I almost bought a Tushy but having to hook to the sink for warm water was not feasible. I specifically installed an outlet behind the toilet for a heated water bidet when remodeling. I’m so glad I did.

I researched a good number of these and settled on the Alpha JX2 and I couldn't be happier. Don't know why I didn't get one sooner.

was looking around for a long time for a well rated easy to install bidet seat and landed on this Toto model. I tried one of those inexpensive add ons and was very disappointed. This bidet is really the first one I've ever used so I had no comparison. It's perfect. The only annoying part was having to get an outlet installed but that is what it is and has nothing to do with this seat. Bidetking shipped out quickly and had a promo code they were offering. I watched a few YouTube videos on best ways to optimize the remote control which was helpful. it was super easy to install and feel this may be the best thing I've bought in a very long time

BB2000 is a wonderful, quality bidet. Highly recommend it. I have purchased many and am quite satisfied. I can’t speak to the customer service, because I never needed them. Currently waiting for a plumber to install the latest one we purchased. The install can be quite easy if your back can handle the job…

I started using this bidet seat today after previously using the Toto S5 and Eco Nova. I was looking for one with the features that the Toto has but the comfort of the Eco Nova. This seat has the Toto features, and is actually more comfortable than the Eco Nova. The only issue I have had so far is that the auto off night light feature does not work in my bathroom. The toilet is located very close to the vanity, so not enough light hits the sensor. The sensor is recessed a bit, which is contributing to this issue. If I shine a flashlight at the sensor, the light shuts off. The spray is better than the Eco Nova and about as good as the Toto. The remote is similar to the Toto but more intuitive and is backlit. The dryer seems to work better than both. It's only been a day, but I am impressed, especially for the price.

I've been using this for a few weeks and have no issues with it. I replaced a BioBidet that was over 10 years old and the Brondel has better features. I would recommend this.

Only problem is it can draw too much electricity and make the lights flicker when the water heater is on

Quality product that allows extensive customization. Yes, it is expensive but considering how long it will last I think I will get my money’s worth.

Loving my new bidet. Easy to install ( I’m 71) and had no problem attaching the new seat. Easy to use and understand. Wish I had bought one years ago.

Great product with all the bells and whistles! Inside toilet light with option to turn off, warm seat and water with temp adjust option on the coolest remote control with timer. Got discount on product during Labor day but also easy to install.
