This worked great and allowed me to install my Toto Washlet which I otherwise wouldn't have been able to do due to extremely limited space at the back of my skirted toilet.

(I will also mention, BidetKing initially sent me the wrong hose. However, they very quickly shipped me the correct hose (this one) after I emailed them about the mix-up on their end. )

We just moved into a new (old) home and my first order of business was installing a proper toilet/washlet combination from Toto. This is one of the comforts that I refuse to live without and establishes one space of total comfort, high function, and order as we undertake the rest of our renovation project.

The unit is easy to install, works perfectly, looks great, and offers all of the comforts I’m accustomed to since installing my first Toto Washlet during the Covid pandemic. Once you’ve used these products, you’ll wonder how you ever lived without them.

I had to get an electrician to install an outlet in the little room with the toilet but after that was done, installation was very easy. I appreciate the great information and advice on the BidetKing website. I'm very happy with the ease of use and features.
Oddly enough we just returned from a Japan vacation and pretty much every public, hotel, and airport toilet had a bidet installed. I saw several different brands and I'm sure any kind you get from BidetKing will do the trick, but I'm quite happy with this one and would buy it again. Love the heated seat, the limitless warm water, the dryer, automatic seat and cleaning features. I don't notice any drawbacks at all. Again, installation was easy.

I'm using this company for many years now. I bought from them 4 bidets and I am always fully satisfied with quality, comfort, hygiene settings, and reliability. They arrive very well packed and they are pretty light, not difficult to handle and unpack. The system they use to connect to the commode is brilliantly simple. Just screw in a base plate with smart screw. These screws are also very well designed: you do not need to drag yourself under the commode and work in painful positions. The rubber part of the nuts for these screws will be pushed in the commode holes from above, and they swell inside while screwing. This is gorgeous. Then the true miracle is that you just take the seat (the bidet0 and plug it in the plate until snaps. This is all. The rest is connecting to water line and electric power, set the remote and you are done. it works simple, very efficient, silent and it has a wonderful blue light for night time. As i said, they are indeed very reliable, they work for years. it is a very good idea to buy an ionic filter for water (the same company) to give your nozzles more life time.

Only once, some time ago, it happened with an older model to start to leak from the nozzle, inside the commode. The company helped me to repair. They offered assistance and help live (by video chat), email, phone, they sent me pictures, diagrams, movies. They delivered the replacement parts quickly and good quality.

Every time I email the company or call them for help or advice (not often, and almost never lately) they are helpful and open and clear in all the explanations and recommendations.

I highly recommend their bidet!

From purchase to troubleshooting installation- bidetking was fast, efficient and super responsive. Would purchase from them again!

As far as the Washlet- I prefer the older model S550E for the simplicity of adjusting the settings on the remote. You can't otherwise do it without referring to the manual.

The BB2000 is an amazing Bidet seat. It has every feature we wanted and our first has served us so well, we bought another one for our beach house! The only feature is does not have is the ability to sit or stand on the lid when it is closed, which would be nice but we haven’t really felt like we are missing anything. Regardless, if you are on the fence about getting a Bidet seat, this is the one to have!

Just installed my BioBidet B2000 Bliss - wow, quick shipping, super easy to install (don’t need a plumber if you are fairly handy), works great! Had to hire an electrician to install outlet near toilet. Haven’t really broken it in yet but looking forward to using. Highly recommend if you are looking for a bidet.

I have had bidets for years. Mine broke and I replaced it with the BB-2000. This unit works well, sits well and appears to be made well. With my having the plumbing ready, this took me less than 10 minutes to remove mine and put this one into service. It is an easy installation.

We reviewed multiple bidets and the Brondell Swash 1400 was our choice. The features of it having 2 preset setting for different users was great. We also liked that you could sit on the seat cover like a regular one.

This is one of the most useful changes that one can make to drastically improve personal hygiene. The bowl and tank are an elegant addition and the wide functionality of the washlet S7A is second to none. Multiple features with wide range of adjustments to the water, seat and fan settings and others makes it a very customizable unit. Looking to also replace the guest room with one of these in the future. Worth the investment.
