Hard to say!

I’ve had a very hard time installing the t44. Brondell has modified the installation and it’s difficult to accomplish. I don’t find that the metal to plastic connections go together easily. I’ve installed two in the past and this is third one.

I don’t know if I like it or not. I haven’t been able to get it to pair with the remote control. Going to have at it again today.

Brondell SWASH T44

We like Brondell SwashT44 bidet. We enjoyed its warm water and warm seat features a lot.

Product arrived without a User Manual of its remote control, so some mistakes happen with some buttons light and sound on the remote. I try to use YouTube video but written a step by step istructions would help.

Tell me from where I can download the user manual or send me an user manual via USPS.

Great pressure, kinda flimsy, don't get stabbed in the back, very expensive, we love it, IDK

So we had shopped around quite a bit before going with the Brondell. What won us over were the reviews saying this bidet had the best pressure for the money. Which was true so that's great. Out of the choices out there this one is still the best thing going- until the other choices get better. We're almost there.
Our thoughts:
There were no included instructions for remote control commands, and all the functions are not printed on the remote...such as the very important, OFF mode which is why we thought ours was broken until we called the help line. Turns out, you have to be OFF THE SEAT and press the Deodorizer button, OR be ON THE SEAT and hold the Deodorizer button for 3 seconds and the toilets shuts on/off. I guess they overlooked including alternate functions, or printing that information on the remote itself.
KEEP THE HELP LINE PHONE NUMBER!
Why do all these bidets have remotes!?! A bidet is literally one of the only things on Earth that you can't use unless you're on it! You can't use the toilet while walking around. Yet this industry continues to produce the most expensive toilet seats that hinge their entire functionality on three triple A batteries. I don't get it. Put buttons on the side of these expensive bidets!
KEEP THE HELP LINE PHONE NUMBER.
How the thin seat top connects into the sides of the base is a little flimsy.
The soft close can catch and sit at a 45 degree angle which has proven super dangerous at times. It can stab you straight in the back and spine if you're not careful and cognizant- making sure it's fully back before sitting, especially if in the dark.
The bidet function, spray options, pressure, temp etc. have been great though.
It's expensive and could use a few improvements. Those are our thoughts.

Good value

My most important features when looking for a bidet were unlimited warm water, heated seat, and fitting on a round toilet.

The T44 is satisfactory on all three but not perfect. The water temperature is overall good but tends to fluctuate especially at the start. It also tripped my AFCI breaker if I had it at the hottest temperature. No complaints about seat heat. The size was a problem - I have a relatively large skirted toilet that just barely fit. As a male I had to be careful to sit slightly further back than normal to avoid any toilet bowl contact.

I'm happy overall. You won't find another bidet with this feature set and round toilet compatibility (if only barely).
