The bidet functionality is excellent, but it doesn’t fit a standard round toilet as it claims. In fact, it just barely fits at all…if even.
We had to move the toilet tank all the way back and adjust the mounting plate so the bidet locked in one inch from the tank for it to even lock at all and the lid to stay open.
If you’re a larger person or have dangly bits, you’re going to have to sit on the bidet weird or get used to your privates touching the inside of the bowl.
In our opinion, a bidet made to fit a standard round toilet should be able to be adjusted into various positions, but this bidet HAS to be as far back as possible WITH the toilet tank as far back as possible AND you’ll have to sit on it weird AND potentially experience hygiene issues. It’s a shame cos otherwise it’s an excellent bidet.
I am very happy with my T44. The bidet is quality made. Super easy install and great features. Push off a button and the process starts, hard spray gentle spray pulsating spray and endless warm water. 5 stars as a product and a company. I plan to install additional bidets.
Shipping from BidetKing: although I didn't ask for 1 day shipping, my product arrived the next day. The bidet shipped via UPS. The box was smashed. UPS used it for a step stool. 2 sets of footprints were on the box. BidetKing refused my return and basically told me that items arrive in even worse shape then my smashed box...
