I like the new night light that shines into the bowl

I love this bidet seat. I’ve never felt so clean in my life. It has everything I wanted. Been using it for over a year now and I’m completely satisfied with this purchase. Absolutely no functional problems with the seat so far and well worth the money.

Being new to bidets, the Alpha JX2 bidet met our needs. Instant warm water is great and definitely needed. While the thought of having the warm drying is a great idea, you would have to stay way to long to get fully dry. Would be nice to have a back lit remote. Install was easy, was up and running within 15 minutes after having to change out the cheap valve out builder put in.

I first ordered one for my mountain home in Cashiers, NC. It was based on your review of your top bidet choices. You did not lead me astray, I love it. I loved it so much I ordered one for my apartment in NYC, now I’m doubly happy.

This is our third bidet seat and this is a wonderful upgrade.
A well made, feature rich seat that was easy to install and easier to use. A great value.

I had never even tried a bidet before and honestly the concept really kinda grossed me out. And freaked me out too. I imagined water everywhere. At the urging of my cousin I decided to give it a shot (pun not intended) and did about a month’s worth of research on which models offered what types of features yet didn’t break the bank — and were highly rated and deemed robust and lasting. It came down to this model I chose, the Pearl. It has just about every bell and whistle and a lower profile than most, plus it’s affordable. I had a plumber install because my house is old and I was afraid to even attempt putting it together. The plumber noted it was very easy and went together quickly. Anyways I’ve had it about a month now and it’s fabulous to feel clean. And I mean CLEAN! there’s nothing better. I’ll never ever live without a bidet again.

I purchased this seat (and another different model) for my wife, who is undergoing chemotherapy and recovering from multiple cancer surgeries. It has been indispensable and made her frequent trips to the potty much more bearable.

Positives: Pressure is good, slimmer profile than comparable units, lots of features, cleans well, heats water and seat fast, easy install.

Negatives: biggest gripe is the round remote. Not sure why that design choice was made, but it's not practical...it does light up, which is nice, but it goes dark again too quickly. The seat makes an elongated toilet closer to the size of a round toilet. These are minor quibbles considering everything else it gets right. The descriptions of the product are accurate and it does what it does well.

Time will tell on the longevity, but it's a solid buy on the features and price point.

One caution, when installing or cleaning, don't lay the seat down upside down on its top. The silver/gray part of the base scratches easily.

We finally moved forward with purchasing a bidet. We did a lot of research and found this model met our price point but actually offered a couple of option that were only found in more expensive models. Super easy to install and the program options. We love it and wished we didn’t procrastinate so long.

Work great

While a little pricey, it’s worth it. It is an easy do-it-yourself install. Easy to use remote. All in all very satisfied with the purchase.

This is the best add on for the bathroom. I always wanted to get a bidet and now I'm glad I did. Works great, I feel very clean and everyone in my family loves it.
