I was flushed when my big boy crapper needed to be dumped due to our recent move. That is until the folks at BidetKing came to the rescue! Our transition to a standard sized golden seat of relief was as smooth as (you know). Their instructions on how to exchange our loo lid were clear and we were greatly relieved to receive half-off on our purchase! Way to go BidetKing!

We just installed this Alpha UX Pearl yesterday and so far I am pretty impressed. It is our first bidet/washlet and we put in a new Kohler chair height elongated seat toilet to go with it.

Takes a bit of learning to navigate the buttons on the remote but the install was very straightforward. Excellent water temperature and pressure and the ability to direct flow/temp are very good. Cleansing is 99% after a no. 2, which is impressive. The fan doesn't do much so we just use a couple squares of paper, no problems.

Only 'complaint' I have is that I like to read on 'the throne' and while my body is in contact with the seat, the internal water heater stays on in anticipation that it may be called upon. I feel like I am wasting electricity just sitting there reading. I wish there was an "OFF' button I could push.

I would most definitely recommend this product and the QR code printed on the inside lid of the box helps with installation as well as navigating the remote.

I would give the bidet 10 stars if the fan blew harder and the remote had a light. Don't let this stop you from buying. The warranty alone is worth the purchase. It is a solid 9 🌟. No regrets about purchasing it.

I already had one of these in my home. I bought during the epidemic and it has paid for itself many times over in savings on TP. I bought this second one for my granddaughter so I could use it when I visit. It keeps me nice and clean. You can opt out for one with all the bells and whistles but I am greatly satisfied with this simple version.

Why did I wait? If you are thinking about getting a bidet, don’t hesitate any longer. You will not believe the benefits. Very easy to install. Also Bedetking delivers fast.

This product is everything I’d hoped it would be & more. I’m already spoiled with all these features. I can’t imagine being without it now.

I bought this new bidet to replace the same model that I had purchased 10+ yrs ago. I am replacing it not because it stopped working,( It is still working perfectly) but the seat broke at the hinge. Bidet is still going strong and we decide to put the old one in a lesser used bathroom and order a new one for the ensuite.
I love this bidet. I love how fresh and clean I am "Down There".

We also have a Toto C5 but the BB2000 seat is more comfortable for me (male, 270lbs), the wash spray is much stronger, as is the air dryer. Installation was equally easy. Night light is a plus feature. Remote control is bigger but easier.. a backlit display would be appreciated but not critical, the buttons are large and well-marked. Easy to adjust seat and waster temps, air temp, and spray force. Greatly reduces amount of tissue used at the end.
Really glad I chose the BB2000 rather than another Toto for my toilet. Highly recommended.

We have a 'round' toilet that is short enough this is the only model that would fit without overhanging on the seat. We were pleased that it fit and it works well. The interface is simple, has everything we want in a bidet and easy to use.

How could I have waited so long?!? This is a game changer! I was able to install it easily ( found a very helpful vid on You Tube) and if I’d had an ounce more confidence, I could hv installed it in 15 mins, instead it took me about 45.
I love everything about this washlet but if I had to critique; it would be great to have a larger amount of hot water, but I wouldn’t want it to add any bulk to the unit.
And, I don’t know how they’d design it, but it would be great if the angle of the seated position was more “squat-friendly”.

This has worked great since day three one. Controls are very easy to work and setting up was a breeze. Very happy with this unit. As soon as I remodel our second bathroom I will order the same.

So I bought the BB-2000 after owing a cheaper model from a different company which sadly was not up to par. The BB-2000 was everything I wanted it to be and then some. You sit down on a warm seat, the carbon air filter begins so that smell is reduced, the adjustable spray does a great job cleaning. I flush and turn on the warming fanny fan to dry off a bit. I never thought this could be a luxury spa experience, but it is. Treat yourself! PS- the enema function works too!

Very easy and straight forward to install and is working to our satisfaction. The personnel were very helpful in making this purchase happen. I installed the seat in all of my 5 bathrooms.
