I think this was our fourth time ordering from bidet King. Each and every time their service gets better. One minor issue and within 24 hours we had the replacement. I don’t know what other company has that kind of customer service.

I have been wanting a bidet for awhile now, so decided to start searching and found this model that did everything I wanted and more. It was lower in price at Bidet King than other venders and the service was so fast. Within 3 days I had the unit and my daughter hooked it up for me within 15 minutes. The cassette isn't difficult to set either. I love feeling this clean all day long. I have tried all the different modes and it operates as promised. Very pleased!

I was doubtful at first that a streamlined bidet could have a lot of features and performance, but the BB2000 lives up to expectations. So much so that I purchased a second one!

Very pleased with this bidet seat. I like it even better than the BioBidet we had before (which lost its seat warming capability after about a year of use). The water pressure adjustment is excellent, I like that I can preset it for two different users, and I like the self-sanitizing feature. If you are looking for a quality bidet seat, I highly recommend the Alpha UX Pearl.

There are options for where to purchase the popular TOTO washlet S5, but I chose Bidet King for their knowledge and service. I haven’t had any problems, but I’m glad that Bidet King provided a sure delivery and follow-up. 👍
