Installation was easy and working as advertised. It is installed in the downstair bath and the bath was just remodeled. I researched and this model fits our needs.

Awesome product

Replacing because the seat had yellowed a lot but otherwise worked fine. Initially I received the wrong seat but customer service was great in taking it back and sending me the right one very quickly. No instructions with it like others said and not on the item listing page either. The instructions seemed overly simple initially but it is really that easy of a replacement. No issues during or after install.

It does an amazing job!!! I had no idea that this device could do such a great job. It is well worth the money.and I should have installed the bidet sooner.

Received this toilet last week had it installed today .Upgrading from a regular Kohler toilet, there is no comparison between the two with all the automated features that come with this toilet.

We have had two previous bidets from other companies. This one is by far the best. The product description doesn't lie. The remote is easy to use, and installation took less than 45 minutes. Lastly, the disco lights are fun.

This was something my wife wanted and I wasn't sure how I felt about it. I ordered it and it arrived pretty quick. The hardest part of hooking it up was cutting in a new outlet in the toilet area. The installation of the bidet was a breeze. Everything works as it should and now my wife's toilet appears to be a family favorite (gross).

in stalled the bidet in under 15 minutes. Remote control is logical, well lazed out and is easy to use.

Works like a champ! Love the separate remote and the 4 personalization settings. Would definitely recommend!
