This is my second bidet from this company. The first was the BB-1000. This one is better, in my opinion, since the nozzle is stainless steel at the end and not plastic making it easier to clean.

Should have bought one long ago. If I knew what I know now ,I would'of , so much better than just using toilet paper alone,What a God send.

A friend told me about Alpha Bidet. She was right. It is an excellent product! I really expected something to be wrong with it. After all the price was a lot less than the full toilet lts quite pleasant to use. A friend installed it easy to use and will highly recommend it to others.

We are very happy with our new bidet, and even my son who has sensory issues happily surprised at how gentle the spray was and how well it improved overall hygiene in the bathroom. I would like to figure out how to increase the fan strength, but I am still getting to know the features.

Love the options and programmable functions

My wife and I enjoy our Bidet every day, the Bidet brings a new level of clean. So easy to use, we are really happy with this purchase.

When my wife and I were in Paris we had a toilet seat bidet and really thought it was great. This one was Japanese and we waited until we moved not our new house before we purchased. My research told me that that the Alpha J6 was reviewed better than the more expensive Japanese system we were planning to buy.. We have been very pleased with it and may even put one in the guest bathroom.

I ordered the DSL due to the repair of a BB 2000 that replaced the pump with a lower pressure design.
So far the DSL has better pressure due to the aerated spray function. However the oscillation function is not available. The remote is somewhat awkward as to make functional changes you need to go to the back side of the remote. The light on the inside is basically useless due to the auto opening and closing of the lid . They should have continued either way the light used on the BB2000 or used both. The attachment is much easier with the rubber mounts. However the screws would be better with a hex or torx head.

Unit was well packaged and arrived quickly. Simple install and very happy with performance. After being initially intimidated by the remote control features, we've easily adapted to using it. Wouldn't go back to the old way of doing things!
