I must admit I was leary, but very happy with my purchase. This bidet replaced an old Novita and I like it so much better!

Loving not wiping, feeling clean. Only thing I’d suggest to improve is make the water supply line stainless, I’ll probably replace the plastic one with a stainless flexible one, I’m paranoid about a broken line flooding my house.

I have never had a Washlet before. It is just fantastic. Without getting in to the details you walk away feeling so clean! The deodorizer or whatever you call it works just great. No need for a loud ceiling fan. These should just be a standard part of every toilet.

Just back from Japan, had to get the same experience at home. Mission accomplished!
