I like the unit. The installation was easy and quick. Like the per person set up use , it's a great idea to use the preset features and not to play with the remote every use. The bowl light at night is handy (to make sure no one knows you were there:)). SO far have it for 1 month and enjoy it.

I love my new bidet / smart toilet, It was worth every penny. The dryer on the bidet is amazing.

Bought round seat BB2000 Bidet King. wrong size. Ordered new elongated BB2000. sent round seated bidet back they received it next day July 8th per tracking . talked with customer service (888) 310 -4511.I was told it would becoming 24 to 48 hrs. then I received email stating it would be 1 to 2 weeks, which was up July 29th. Called my bank to check on refund. July 29th. she called them California and talked with them about refund being returned by August 6th, or she would put a claim on it. that was today July 29th. they told bank that they sent email today regarding refund. refund email sent while talking to my bank. The BB2000 elongated bidet works great really like it. its the customer service and the refund that disappointed me.

We love our bidet. Installing was easy. This thing is a game changer. Love the seat warmer. The bidet has plenty water pressure and the air dryer is awesome. 5 stars all around.

Could not find a connection to my small valve of my skirted toilet. Nobody at home depot or other hardware stores could fix it, but this works perfect

I had a bidet made by ToTo. It was adequate. I replaced it with an Alpha Jx2 and it’s 1000% better water oscillation and much better drying. The settings are easy to use and I’m thrilled with my purchase.

This bidet was easy to install. It has many features, including heated water and water pressure control. The dryer works great. I was out of town for 2 days and missed being able to use it.

Purchase of the Bio Bidet BB-2000 Bliss Bidet Toilet Seat represented a significant upgrade in features and performance from our previous bidet toilet seat. We especially appreciate its ease of cleaning, useful features, and affordability. I was prepared to call a plumber for installation (as we did with our previous bidet toilet seat), but we were able to easily do it ourselves--all very straight-forward.

We replaced all our toilet seats for these bidets! Bought one as a present for my brother.

Alpha JX2 Bidet Toilet Seat

I was considering different brands/models to purchase, knowing nothing about bidets or bidet seats. I even thought I'd need to purchase a bidet toilet, but after seeing the quality and functions of the bidet seats I decided on the Bio Bidet BB-2000 Bliss Bidet Toilet Seat, and am happy I did so. It has a nice sleek design, functions properly and is a quality product.

Alpha JX is great! Heated seat, nozzle operation, remote, night light…all excellent! Waited a long time to install an electric bidet and couldn’t be happier!

The best function is the remote control so that you don't have to reach for buttons on the seat. The water temperature control and air dryer are the best features and work well. The heated seat will be nice on a cold winter morning.

Not only was it $100 off, but i have no idea why I didnt get a bidet seat sooner. It was simple enough for me to install myself in less than 30 minutes. Even my skeptical husband is singing its praises and telling everyone how great it is. Just get it!

Have only experienced Toto washers from travels, so Alpha was totally new to me. Easy to install and use, really like the flatter seat position vs the hard incline of other bidet seats, cleaning stream could be stronger, but job gets done. Overall am very satisfied and also expect to install more Alphas in the future. (one small request, maybe options for choosing color temp on night lighting, to softer whites.
