We love this bidet, and the price was great. One piece was broken on delivery but BidetKing replaced it very quickly. Unfortunately I then had to deal with and pay for disposal of a broken toilet, but perhaps that is just the price of online ordering.

Several features not needed. Vent fan. Just blows the smell around. No filter. Seat heater. Maybe need it in winter. Otherwise, it works great.

When I moved, one of my first "improvements" was getting this bidet. I honestly don't know why these aren't more prevalent in US, but I'm glad I found this site. This is all that they do! And they do it very well! Easy installation, no issues. It did take a minute to understand all the settings, but it's a breeze to use. Highly recommend!

I have enjoyed my bidet for over fifteen years, it recently started leaking from the filter attachment. Unfortunately, since it is an old model, I had a difficult time finding the right filter with the attachment that fit the bidet. This model was not the right one, alas. But I am looking forward to many years of enjoying my now working bidet again. The best invention yet!

I'm 75 and not a plumber, but I had no trouble installing this to hook my washlet up to the water supply. So easy and the price was great too.

We recently updated our bathroom and went from a simple on/off, cold water bidet to the Crown Bidet. The features of this bidet are amazing in comparison. The only thing that I dislike is the 90 second wash cycle; wish that could be adjusted to my preference.
