This was our 4th or 5th purchase. Great product, but they do eventually wear out. Have always re-purchased the same model as we know the quality of this seat.

I bought my house in 2018 and got my own "dad bathroom" in the basement and said, "I'll show them, I'll have the nicest toilet in the house." I then installed a nicer new toilet and this Alpha Bidet iX Hybrid i got from the homies at bidetking. I had no idea I was purchasing such a fantastic product. This has been my "daily driver" since it's install and it has never had an issue. The seat doesn't "slow close" anymore, but bruh its like 6 years old at this point. Alpha Bidet has more than earned my repeat business and of course bidetking has the best price!

The people at Bidet King were incredibly knowledgeable and helped recommend exactly what we wanted. It wasn’t the fanciest or most expensive but they listened and guided us perfectly. The bidet is much better than we even imagined and came with all parts and accessories required. Install was simple and easy. The best bidet I’ve ever used! It was a easy to set up and I’m happy to report zero leaks after two months of use.

Over all installation went well. I would recommend the use of a flange spacer kit if you have flooring that was put over the original floor and flange. Make sure you have a dedicated 20 amp ground fault plug close to your Bidet. For water I had an older valve on copper pipe. I had to remove that valve and replace it with the valve supplied. The compression fitting that came with the Bidet made instillation easy and it worked well. It took people to place the bidet in place as it was in a 24 inch wide space with a wall on either side.
The bidet functions as advertised. My wife loves it and so do I. The two things I would change are the remote control and the fan. The toilet is lit which is nice at night. The remote is not so if you want tho use it you have to turn a light on anyway. I would recommend back lighting on the remote to solve this problem.The fan force could be stronger. It takes a while for drying.
We have only had the Bidet for a month so I have no comments on long term reliability.

This was the perfect solution for our comfort height toilet. The bolts are very large diameter, though, so I couldn’t install my Kohler seat over my bidet. A few seats that would be compatible, elongated, round, open, closed, would be a great addition to this listing.

We have had Toto products for 10 years and are extremely happy with them. The latest S7A Washlet is excellent and has our highest recommendation.

Short and sweet, like me, buy this bidet. It's balances the fine line of affordability, good looks, and all the necessary functionality.

I've used many bidets in many countries (various styles/types) and had a standard OG Tushy for the past few years. This T44 is next level without being overbuilt. The instant hot water, without having to run a hot water line and without having a reservoir tank, is reason by itself to choose this bidet.

If I had to make one "complaint" it would be that the air drying feature is pretty useless, but I believe they all are. I haven't used one yet that worked quickly, and I don't think many people will sit there for an additional 2-3 minutes to avoid using 3 squares of TP to just finish things off and be dry. I don't really see that as a failure of this particular bidet, but rather an impractical feature that I don't think bidets need in general.

This bidet makes going #2 my #1 favorite activity.

So far am VERY VERY satisfied with this purchase. It has been working as described. The ease of using the remote helped secure the deal compared to others that I had considered that would appear to be more complicated in the button markings.

I have 2 one in my motor home and home no problems

I had hired professional plumber to install it since I need to have extra outlet installed behind the toilet. After it was installed, it was easy to setup and operate.
I love my bidet and it is a good choice to have.

The Alpha is amazing. I love the ability to customize all the features. The only negative is that I'll never be able to love without it.

I am happy and look forward to using my Brondell. The only concern that I have is the lid. Extremely weak. What happens if it breaks?

Replaced our Toto with the Alpha and are very happy. Love the extra height. Does everything the Toto did. I only wish the remote had backlit buttons for use in the dark. The Toto didn't either, and I'm not sure if any of the bidets do, but it would be nice. The Alpha does have a know on the side of the toilet that makes use in the dark easy. Otherwise completely happy. BidetKing was also great to deal with as far as cost and delivery.
