This Alpha Pearl seat is wonderful. Even though I had to pay electrician to install plug near my toilet which is on an outside wall; it was worth every
Penny!

Coming from a TOTO C5 this was such a crazy upgrade. Well worth it to make the switch to Alpha’s new flagship

Finally decided to see if a bidet was right for us, and now wonder why we waited. Impressed with the quality, thoughtful design, ease of installing and use. Definitely glad we decided on Alpha JX2 for all its feature especially the temperature controlled water, heated air and night light. Great product.

How did I live without this ? I’m still figuring it all out. Lots of choices… but while I’m learning I’m on a great heated toilet seat! Looks good too !

I have had a few more expensive bidets and this one I feel is better. The seat position is more comfortable and the spray is better. In addition, the heated water is plentiful. I dont use the dryer, heated seat, or bowl light. The remote works just fine as it sits on the wall. Its easy to install. Overall, the performance is really good.

I am very happy with the product quality. The instructions for how to program for automatic personal settings are very confusing and I have not been successful.

DEFINATELY TAKES SOME GETTING USED TO, VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS TO YHIS POINT. WE'VE ONLY HAD IT A COUPLE OF WEEKS BUT HAVE ALREADY ORDERED A SECOND ONE.

Easy to install, warm water, warm seat, lite remote control. A really nice seat.

I have six bidets: a Toto S2, Alpha Bidet JX2 (QTY 4), and Alpha Bidet JX Elite. Wish I could have gotten the JX Elite for each of them, but needed beige color. The JX Elite is clearly better than the JX2 (though both are great products). In fact, the JX Elite is a very worthy competitor to the Toto S5 but at a much better price. The remote is wonderful, the seat is comfortable and it works VERY well. I'd highly recommend this product!!

My first heated Bidet. I love the oscillation

Love this model with all the choices. I didn’t feel I needed the auto lift up or down so I didn’t get that model. I like how this version has the wide spray , which is what I wanted, inclusive with other modes.

Great product. Worth the money. If you are considering needing one, would definitely recommend this one.

Works great

After watching all the adds and reading all the reviews, I thought I know what to expect. But it’s so much better! Love it! Get one for yourself too!

As someone who spends more time in the bathroom than most, I love my BB-2000 bidet! The unlimited hot water on demand is a fantastic feature, especially on my bad GI days. Not everyone needs a high pressure wash, but it can be incredibly helpful. For women, it helps you stay cleaner when you're on your period. The heated seat is wonderful during the winter. The one area that could use some improvement would be the blow dryer. It doesn't get me completely dry and sometimes the heated air gets a bit too hot for my tushy. Overall I love this bidet and highly recommend it, especially for folks who are tired of wiping dry toilet paper across their bum, just to spread the poo and make the mess worse.
