I just installed this today in our master bathroom and it delightful. I purchased it because it has the best pressure in its class and I have found other high end bidets don’t have the pressure that the cheaper cold water bidets have and therefore less cleaning power and effectiveness. This bidet does have more pressure than the Toto and other bidets we’ve tried but still less than I prefer, even using the vertex / enema feature / function. Regardless I’m still happy with the purchase and the heated seat, warm water, oscillation and massage features, deodorizer, etc are sooo nice. Very happy with the purchase. Installation was pretty straightforward, I did it myself and I’m no handyman. You simply need an electrical outlet nearby otherwise it won’t work for you.

This was the best of the four I have had over the years, it provides excellent cleansing. Only problem is you cannot sit on the seat when it is lowered without it collapsing.

Needed to install a bidet due to upcoming dominate arm shoulder surgery ( I’m not a flexible torso guy, and my wife informed me that “ for better or for worse” did not include wiping!). After narrowing down features, I landed on the Alpha UX Pearl as having the ( for me) the best bang-for-the-buck (especially with frequently offered discounts on Bidet King).

Dispute some YouTubers trolls, I get INSTANT. warm water every time. ( any residual ambient temp water is expelled during the initial wand washing ). My wife (& her girlfriends) love the heated seat (we prefer the winter home temps to be 67F in general). While I haven’t quite figured out the Dedicated User settings, I’ve found I prefer to customize my wash/dry process with each visit (control freak issues, maybe). I’m not sure what feature(s) are responsible but we scrubbed our commode bowl to “factory standards” before installing the Pearl, but it’s been 4 weeks now and our bowl still sparkles clean! Installation was 40 minutes for seat one. We were so impressed that we jumped our plan and ordered a 2nd seat for the other bath. Remove the time spent on an unexpected issue with a straight pipe water source, and I got #2 ( no pun intended) in about 30 minutes. ***Installation note***. While not a star changer for me, if you are particularly OCD, with both seats up, it both units “look” just a tad off”centered. However with lids down, both visual and physically inspections show the seats are sitting square. We have round Toto commodes.

If we ever repair our basement utility bath, we will be ordering a 3rd UX Pearl!

Just as described - have been on the fence between an integrated toilet/bidet versus the bidet seat so we decided to try the BB-2000 first and boy are we glad we went this route first. Has more features than many more expensive brands and was very easy to install. Will be upgrading all toilets.

This is my first experience ever with any type of bidet. Never had the opportunity to try one before this purchase. I love this thing! From the heated seat, warm water, strong spray, night light to the remote, this bidet seat is excellent. It was extremely easy to install right out of the box. I did not have to purchase any additional parts or tools. No leaks the first time. Bidet arrived quickly, on time and no damage whatsoever. Remote is so easy to use. I personally like the one button that cleans and drys automatically. Stream was right on target when activated, but it is so easy to adjust where it hits or how strong the stream is once it begins. I was always hesitant to try because of the price, but I am so happy I finally did it. The build quality seems very good, but time will tell. I hope this thing lasts for years to come because I cannot afford to replace it often.

This perfectly enabled me to use the filter offered by Bidet King with the Toto Washlet toilet. You must ensure to insert the black rubber washer ring to make sure it is water tight.

I purchased and have been using this bidet seat for about a month. I am quite pleased with my seat. Installation was very simple as is operating the seat. My main concern with this purchase is longevity. I expect this to last me at least 5 years. I have no reason to believe that it will not, only time will tell. I definitely feel that I received the best value for my money with this purchase.

Great bidet, simple but all the features I want. Cozy, adjustable heated seat, adjustable stream strength and heat, and easy set up. The only complaint is that the rubber gasket that comes with the tee valve is garbage and leaked all over the place. I replaced it with a gasket from a toilet water supply line that any hardware store will carry. After that, no leaks at all, and bidet bliss!

The recipients loved it and easily installed it.
