Bidet is high end and works as promised. But the size of the washlet turns the oval toilet seat into a much smaller, almost round seat. Purchase, tracking, shipping experience was miserable with BidetKing.
1. With no notice, A. Duie Pyle shows up in my tight residential neighborhood in a huge truck with a large pallet of boxes. Luckily, I happened to be arriving home as he arrived. Zero packing material on the large upper tank and the porcelain was shattered. I didn’t take a pic but refused delivery and asked the driver to let me know before attempting another delivery. This first driver was professional.
2. Mark in BidetKing customer service reordered for me and promised to let me know when it would be delivered. He assured me the toilet would be packed better. I received no tracking info, I received no call about delivery. 2 weeks later, a driver shows up again unannounced. This time, I’m in the hospital for 3 days and he reached me there. My wife ran home to meet him.
3. I have cameras in my home and watched the interaction. Driver refused to open boxes to see if damaged and refused to take pallet with him. Unprofessionally, tells me that’s not his job. Call his boss. I offered to pay him to take it but he said he had no idea how much. Wouldn’t wait for me to reach their service dept.
4. After 60 minutes of trying to reach A. Duie Pyle customer service management, they told me it would have been $11 to remove the crate! Instead, I had a termite infested rotting pallet in my garage until I recovered and was able to tear it apart for the trash.
5. Once again, the toilet was packed with NO packing material. Fortunately it wasn’t broken this time.
I don’t understand why BidetKing couldn’t let me know when a shipment was on its way, notify the shippers that this is a residence, have the shippers call me in advance to schedule delivery. I don’t understand why BidetKing wouldn’t pack this item better. See pics.
I don’t appreciate being told by email curtly by BK that I have 5 days to return damaged items. I emailed Customer Service on the day I received it and got no response until I I called 4 days later.
Next time, I’ll simply order this from Lowe’s.
