The TOTO K300 Washlet is TOTO's newest foray into the premium bidet seat category. It includes the typical premium features like tankless water heating, warm air dryer, deodorizer, heated seat and a self cleaning nozzle.  While TOTO is usually known for its lower end value seats and its ultra high end luxury seats, the K300 is its first bidet product attempting to reach this mid range category. Compared to the lower end models, the TOTO K300 has a slimmer and lower profile design.  The older C series washlets are very bulky, around 8"-9" tall in the rear, but the K300 is just 5.25" tall in the back, so it's design is much more modern. The other big improvement is the tankless water heating system that provides unlimited warm water and better energy efficiency.

The seat and lid are slow closing to prevent slams. Simply push them forward and they will softly close on their own. What separates the K300 from the top of the line S-550e is the absence of TOTO’s E-Water-Plus system, a motorized seat and lid, an LED nightlight and a difference in construction. The K300 washlet still offers a self cleaning nozzle and a premisting system before each use, it just doesn't have the sanitizing effects of the E-Water-Plus system. On the right side of the seat, you’ll see the water supply hose and electrical cord. On the left, you’ll see a deodorizer vent and the seat’s quick release tab. The TOTO K300 remote control has a slim white design. Its dual sided remote has the basic wash and dry functions on the front, while the backside has an LCD screen and all the fine tuning adjustments. It also has the ability to save two user presets for convenience. It has a soft rear wash, a narrower hard rear wash, a front feminine wash, and a powerful warm air dryer.  Each of the wash functions can be modified with oscillation. Other adjustments like the energy saving mode and heated seat can also be done on the remote. Standard installation parts are included with the seat.

First, we see the regular rear wash in action. Now we see the narrower hard rear wash. The nozzle position is adjustable in all wash functions and can also oscillate back and forth. Next, we see the front feminine wash from a different section of the nozzle. Lastly, we demonstrate the warm air dryer blowing from its vent.
