FREE ground shipping on orders over $99! $5.95 flat rate shipping for orders under $99. Ground shipping orders may be shipped via a variety of carriers including Fedex, USPS, and UPS.

Alaska & Hawaii

$40 Flat rate shipping via USPS Priority or $50 flat rate shipping via Fedex Ground or UPS.  Shipping is flat rate so buy more and save!

Unfortunately, we are not able to ship integrated bidet toilet combos to Alaska or Hawaii (48 Continental US only).

Important Note:

All shipments from the US to Canada are subject to Canadian duty charges. Unfortunately we cannot determine this duty and it is completely independent of any shipping charges from

Fedex and UPS charge Canadian customers a "brokerage fee" in addition to duty when bringing packages across the border.  The fee usually ranges from $40-$80USD depending on value. To avoid this fee, we suggest Canadian customers to select USPS Priority.  Most orders will be charged a duty fee by your local customs office. We are not responsible for, and we do not provide refunds or credits for the customs duty fee or Fedex/UPS brokerage fees.

International Orders stocks a few models in 220V.  Please check your country's electrical standard before ordering.  Shipping rates will be based on actual shipping rates via USPS Priority International.  Some sample bidet seat shipping rates are shown below.  Customers are responsible for any duties and taxes charged by their local customs office.

Freight (LTL) Shipping

Freight delivery is reserved for large, heavy, or oversized items (like bidet toilet combos), as well as large-quantity shipments. Products are loaded onto a semi-truck and delivered curbside on a pallet; you will be responsible for moving the item from the curb to the desired location. Shipping times will vary based on destination, extreme weather, and other variables. The carrier will contact you directly to schedule delivery. 

If Your Product Is Damaged In Transit

If you notice damage while the carrier is on site, DO NOT take possession of the damaged product(s). Instead, take a picture of the damage, gather copies of the paperwork from the carrier (if possible), and refuse delivery. Next, contact the customer service team.

If you notice damage after delivery (concealed damage), take pictures of the damage, and contact our customer service team. Items shipped via ground shipping must be reported within 30 days. Freight carriers only allow two (2) business days after delivery to file a freight claim. 

We will not be able to help with any complaints of damages, including visible or material defects, after the product has been installed or altered.

Orders received by Noon PST ship same day in most cases. We ship all orders within 2 business days.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping orders must be in by Noon PST in order to ship out same day. All expedited orders submitted after noon PST will not ship out until the following day. Please be aware that all expedited shipment dates are counted in business days. Weekend dates are not counted. 

Average Delivery Times

Orders shipped to the West coast usually take 1-3 business days.  Orders shipped to the East coast usually take 3-5 business days.  Orders to Canada take 4-8 business days.

Liability Release

Customers that use UPS My Choice, Fedex Delivery Manager, leaves written notes for drivers, or equivalent service that authorizes the release of a package when nobody is home are required to accept responsibility for any loss or damage to the package after it has been released at the address.  Proof of delivery from the courier service will serve as conclusive evidence that the package was delivered successfully and that the customer will accept any loss or damage to the package after it has been released at the delivery address. / WebGerms Health Inc is not responsible for stolen packages and/or damage and loss when the customer authorizes the release using these services or changes the delivery address. 



- We are sorry, but we do not offer COD shipping services - all orders must be paid for prior to shipment.
- Please allow 5 - 7 business days for delivery (depending on your location) before contacting us regarding the status of your order. Due to our high volume of calls, order status inquiries should only be made by sending us an email.
- Tracking numbers will be emailed to the customer as soon as orders are shipped. Smaller items such as hand bidets, travel bidets and spare parts are sent by US Parcel Post. In most cases, there will be no tracking number for smaller items sent by US Postal Mail.
- Tracking information is usually available 24 hours after order is shipped.
- Money order payments must clear prior to shipment.
- Weights stated on order summary pages are shipping weights only and do not reflect the actual weight of products.
