Do I get FREE shipping?

In most cases, YES! We offer FREE ground shipping to the 48 Continental US for orders over $99.  Otherwise, we offer low flat rate shipping. 

How quickly can you ship?

Orders received by 1PM PST ship same day in most cases. 

When will I receive my order?

Orders shipped to the West coast usually take 1-3 business days.  Orders shipped to the East coast usually take 3-5 business days.  Orders to Canada take 4-8 business days.  

Do you offer expedited shipping?
