This is my second purchase of the hand-held bidet prayer, along with a hot/cold mixing valve. Both have been gifts for family members. The product is easy to use, and easy to install. We had a plumber do the connection to the hot water hose, but the rest was easy peasy. So much better than having to move from one spot to another.
