For years, the Alpha JX2 has stood as one of the most popular and highly regarded electric bidet seats available. It earned widespread recognition, including repeated “Best Overall” honors from CNN Underscored and additional accolades from outlets such as Forbes Vetted, This Old House, The Spruce, and others. Now Alpha Bidet has introduced its successor: the Alpha JX Elite, a refined and upgraded version that builds directly on the strengths that made the JX2 a favorite while adding meaningful new capabilities.
The JX Elite takes the proven JX platform and elevates it with next-generation technology and a sleeker design. At just 3.74 inches thick at the rear, it ranks among the thinnest bidet seats on the market. Its unibody lid is sturdy enough to sit on (rated for hundreds of pounds), and the overall profile remains low and modern, helping it blend into contemporary bathrooms without the bulky look of older models. Like its predecessor, it uses an energy-efficient tankless water heating system that delivers on-demand, unlimited warm water with minimal lag.
Several standout features distinguish the Elite. Triple-action sterilization uses electrolyzed water—a mild sanitizing solution created from ordinary tap water—to clean the internal water path, the stainless-steel nozzle, and the toilet bowl itself. This three-phase system automatically maintains hygiene without added chemicals. Complementary to this is the Bowl Mist function: with a simple button press, a fine mist of electrolyzed water coats the bowl surface before use, creating a slick barrier that helps prevent waste from sticking and keeps the bowl cleaner with less effort.
Wash performance receives a significant boost. In addition to the standard rear wash and front feminine wash, the Elite includes a Rear+ mode powered by a booster pump. This delivers higher-volume cleansing—up to roughly 1 liter per minute on the stronger setting—producing a firm yet comfortable spray that many users find more effective. Nozzle oscillation, adjustable pressure and position, and a warm-air dryer (rated at 5,000 rpm with adjustable temperature) round out the cleansing and drying experience.
Convenience features make daily use straightforward. Two user presets allow household members to save preferred settings for water temperature, seat temperature, spray pressure, and nozzle position. A backlit wireless remote with wall mount provides clear, easy-to-read controls even in low light, including one-touch options such as Easy Wash. Additional amenities include a heated seat with adjustable temperature, a smart LED nightlight with ambient sensor, soft-close seat and lid, and a self-cleaning stainless-steel nozzle.
Available for elongated toilets, the Alpha JX Elite sits as a new standout model in the lineup. It retains the quiet operation, reliability, and strong value proposition of the award-winning JX2 while adding the booster-powered Rear+ wash, enhanced electrolyzed sterilization, refined Bowl Mist, dual presets, and a premium backlit remote. For anyone seeking a more thorough clean, improved hygiene, and modern convenience in a slim package, the Alpha JX Elite represents a clear step forward from an already popular foundation.
