This is our 4th bidet and it would appear that I did nothing but waste money before this one. Hands down we will NEVER waste our money on any other bidet. If you are on the fence we have gone through 2 alpha bidets and some other brand not worth of remembering. All 3 prior were poorly made and failed within a few months. The bio bidet 2000 is the best for the money.

Reasonably priced with everything we were looking for, the bb 1000 his the mark. The first bb seat I bought was great but sorta basic (has the control panel in the arm). Once I became hooked on bidets, I bought another one that was expensive with all the bells and whistles. This one had terrible pressure but nice features. The 1000 hits the sweet spot of price, power and functionality. My only knock on bb is that the last two seats send a very quick burst of cold water before the warm water kicks on. The first seat I had was warm from the start. Otherwise, great products!

We've been using the product for about 14 days and are pleased that the bidet performs precisely as advertised. It's stylish, comfortable, and easy to program and use. We couldn't be more pleased

Was a breeze to install with easy-to-follow instructions. All items needed for installation were included (minus a couple of simple tools like screwdriver and adjustable wrench). Bidet worked perfectly right out of the box. (Remote takes a few tries to get used to the pictures and what they do. Manual should include the suggestion for using plastic wrap over the seat to test the functions so water will spray onto the plastic.)
