I have no complaints with this model. I installed it in about 30 minutes (could be done in a lot less but either way, install is simple) I've used more expensive Toto models and this thing has the same features and -to me- the same quality. Can't beat the endless warm water. And the water pressure? POWERFUL but completely adjustable if you like the softer touch. I am not disappointed. My kids even love it. Purchased the "round" version for my toilet and it fits just fine. Love it love it love it. Awesome price on this thing, don't pass it up. (Posted on 4/4/13)

I'd wanted a washlet for a while, and my husband, after a business trip to Korea, wound up wanting one as well. I had assumed one with all the features that make a washlet worth it would cost over a grand, so it was kind of just a "someday!" wishlist thing.

When I came across this Clean Sense bidet though, my husband and I were both really excited that we could get something with a heated seat, heated water, multiple wash functions, a drier, soft-close seat, air filter, AND a pretty cool-looking remote panel for basically 1/3 what we had expected a Toto to run us.

It works great, and in the 3 months we've had it, both of us hate having to use the bathroom when not a home. We trek all the way up 3 flights of stairs in our townhouse just to use the washlet in our master bath instead of the other bathrooms!

The wash function keeps everyone feeling clean, the bidet function is a godsend for ladies (great for certain times of the month, as well as before and after, say, romantic evenings!), and the enema has more than enough power and adjustability to speed things up... The drying function works pretty well, although it does take a while and I never feel totally dry.

I wish the water was heated as soon as it comes on, but both of us have gotten used to bracing for a bit of a cold squirt at first. The seat heater's lowest setting still makes me uncomfortably hot after sitting there for a while, but it's better than dealing with an icy seat when you first sit down! I turn it off if it starts to get too hot for comfort -- I am not sure how anyone could stand the higher settings though!

Even with the few little quirks, this baby is definitely something we can never go back to living without, and it's a very affordable way to add some serious hygenic luxury to what are usually fairly mundane or unpleasant parts of everyone's day. (Posted on 3/6/13)

After using a bidet seat in a bath remodelers showroom, I had to have one. I have real issues with hemorrhoids and anal fissures, and it lessened my pain considerably. The model sold for $1200, but the owner told me to look online for a better deal. When I found this model and read the reviews by customers, I was sold. And what a price! We ordered it for my Christmas present, and I am THRILLED! It works perfectly, I love all the features, and am having much, much less pain. I will be recommending this to everyone I talk to, TMI or not! I'm going to tell my doctor about it as well. (Posted on 1/28/13)

The bidet works fine but only with the [2 function] manual control on the seat.
The remote will not operate any function of the seat.
I have tried several new batteries...no change.
I have tried to \"reboot\" by unplugging the seat then replugging. Each time I tried to power-up the remote so it could \"connect\" with the seat.....no change.

This unit has a lot of features and is working very well. I appreciate the fact that it is an instant heating and it does not have a tank that is continuously heating. Added to the fact that it is taking less space and fits better to the toilet. The only inconvenient is the lighted blue 'Clean Sense' on the top of the bidet that does not match very well the bathroom decor. I do not like pilot light that take unnecessary power for nothing. We bought this bidet seat for my mother who is 88 years old and is wheelchair bound. I cannot tell you how wonderful this has been for us. Because of her disability, my mother had a difficult time with hygiene and was forever getting bladder infections. She has not had one infection since we purchased this...one year ago! "This was my first experience with a bidet and am very pleased with my purchase. The 1500R has so many great functions and adjustments to make sure you get the pressure, locations of streams, temperatures of the water and the seat and even the blow dryer.
Although I'm very happy with the seat I have a few small complaints. The first shot of water is kind of cold but warms up rather quickly. It would be nice if the remote control panel was illuminated. When the blow dryer has completed it's 3 minute run I'm still not dry as I feel that I should be. I don't think the deoderizer works very well. After about six months of use there seems to be some discoloration of some small spots on top of the seat, not sure if the heated seat and the coating on top of it are compatible.
I would recomend buying the filters to keep any foriegn material from possibly clogging the nozzles especially if you have well water.
Overall I'm happy with being bidet clean and knowing that I am totally clean. My wife was not too sure about such a purchase but I can say that she really likes it also and wants another for our second bathroom." (Posted on 1/28/13)

I bought this product to change the existing toilet when remodeling the bathroom. It was the best decission we made. The bidet not only looks good but feels good. It is more than I expected. I actually did a thorough research on the manufactures of bidet industry. Clean Sense, formally known as Daewon, is made by the OEM in Korea. This Daiwon factory also made bidet for other brand names such as LOTUS. From the factory video on youtube, I learned that the manufacture process of this bidet is not an easy process. Thus, I concluded that there cannot be many manufactures of bidet as the brand names are so many. COCO charges at a similar price as Daewon/Clean Sense, but the shape, function and remote control panel is almost identical if you check their photo/video. I suspect that COCO brand being subtracted to be made by the Daewon manufacture of Korea. Now the technology of bidet is reaching a maturity stage while the warm water are heated instantly, remote control, and heated seat are all very standardized. My mom feels that the quality of the surface is as good as the Japanese brand. I got two of them, one for mom and one for me. This is probably the best electronic products I have obtained in the past 3 years. The next product I enjoy is the Joyoung Soy Juice Maker. Finally, the instructions are very well made with extra bolt and supplement parts included in the package. Even a instruction sheet filmed in the plastic film. Great way to make products. The dib-1500R works great and is a nice balance of technology and comfort. It is a sleek design and the fit and finish of these seats are very good. I addition, the tech support is first rate. I had a little problem that I created installing the seat and there were two gentlemen that were there to courteously help me get the problem solved. I just installed the Clean Sense dib-1500R. The price was great and it has all the functions I wanted including deodorizer. Compared to Toto Washlets and Inax which I have been using in the past I noticed that the first burst of water that comes out of the nozzle is very cold. It takes a few seconds to heat up the water. Also, the LCD screen on the remote is too dark to read. If it could light up it would be much nicer! But for the price and features I can't complain. (Posted on 1/27/13)

"so here's the scoop. i did about a month of research before i bought one and learned a few things. when you shop for an electronic bidet seat, you're basically paying for extra features. almost all the seats on the market today come with what ill call 'the basics'. front and rear washes with position/temp adjustment, heated seat, soft close lid, and enema function. 'the basics' are pretty much standard on all bidet seats on the market. inax, bio bidet, toto, coco, cleansense, everything. then come the premium features like warm air dry, deodorizer, and remote. remote models always end up costing $5-600.

i chose the cleansense is because i wanted a remote controlled unit (i dont like side panels) with all the features. the quality is great, havent had any problems with it, and i got it here for 419.95 with a coupon code. cant beat that value" (Posted on 1/27/13)

I noticed that all the reviews for this product are from men. Well let me tell you a woman's point of view. I am 9 months pregnant with my first child and all my friends had me paranoid about getting horrible hemorrhoids before and after pregnancy (something no one talks about until after you get pregnant). My husband bought a CleanSense for me and I am addicted! Not only have I not had one problem throughout my pregnancy, I don't think I can ever go back to a seat that is not heated - and I never expected that to be such a bonus. I have since convinced five of my girlfriends who are pregnant to install a bidet, and everyone thanks me. I have had a 1500R Bidet for the last two years and I honestly don't know how I ever lived without it. I misjudged the seat I needed and had to return my first seat and get the round one. The return was easy and the seat I needed arrived promptly. I still had to replace my toilet to get a good fit, but it was worth it. Did get a few looks carrying my bidet around Lowes in order to find a toilet that it would fit well, but that's another story. It was easy to set up after that and has been my salvation ever since.
